A method of producing an electrical component includes forming a stack of ceramic green films, where the stack has a hole that is accessible from external to the stack, inserting a cover into the hole, and sintering the stack together with the cover. The method may also include boring the hole through the stack of ceramic green films.

Electric functional unit and method for the production thereof

A multiple-layer component includes at least two metal layers, at least one dielectric layer among the at least two metal layers, and a contact element that includes a porous body that electrically connects the at least two metal layers. The at least one dielectric layer includes dielectric layers made from ceramic material that are sintered.

Piezoelectric component

An electrical component includes a body made from a stack of ceramic layers. The body has a cavity that is accessible external to the body. The cavity is defined by a wall. A contact surface is on the wall. A contact device is electrically connected to the contact surface. At least part of the contact device is external to the body. The contact device includes a connection part and a spring. The spring is between the body and the connection part. The spring is for exerting a spring force on the contact surface.
