A powder-metallurgically produced rotor for a camshaft adjuster includes a rotor base body having an outer diameter bounded by a radially outer lateral surface and passing through a first axis of rotation, and an inner diameter bounded by a radially inner lateral surface and passing through a second axis of rotation. The rotor has blades projecting radially outward from the radially outer lateral surface and a calibrated first annular web projecting radially inward on the inner lateral surface, which has a web lateral surface defining a bore passing through the rotor base body in the axial direction and having an inside diameter passing through a third axis of rotation, wherein the third axis of rotation is offset in the radial direction by at most 0.1 mm relative to the first axis of rotation and/or the second axis of rotation.

Bearing arrangement

A gear arrangement with a divided spur toothing includes a main gear and a gear rotatable to the latter in a circumferential direction. The main gear has a hub on which the rotatable gear is arranged. A spring element is arranged between the main gear and the rotatable gear. With the spring element, the rotatable gear is pretensioned in the circumferential direction against the main gear. A first spur toothing part of the spur toothing is formed on the main gear and a second spur toothing part of the spur toothing is formed on the rotatable gear. The first spur toothing part has a first axis of rotation and the second spur toothing part has a second axis of rotation. The second axis of rotation of the second spur toothing part is offset relative to the first axis of rotation of the first spur toothing part.

The invention relates to a method for the production of a one-piece, metal multiple wheel () for a traction mechanism comprising at least two adjacently disposed single wheels (), each comprising a wheel body () having an outer circumference (), wherein teeth () for engaging the traction mechanism are arranged in a distributed manner over the outer circumference (), and wherein at least one of the two single wheels () is configured as a sprocket, gear or toothed belt wheel. Method of compacting the surface of a sintered part

A slipper for current collectors having an elongated carbon brush (1) which has a hollow space surrounded on at least three sides by the brush and a carrier (3) disposed in the hollow space for supporting the carbon brush. The slipper is constructed by providing a blank of the carrier which has a cross-section that is smaller than the cross-section of the hollow space of the carbon brush. It is inserted into the hollow space and deformed so that its cross-section expands into contact with at least a portion of the surfaces of the hollow space defined by the carbon brush.
