The invention relates to a device for at least intermittently generating an overpressure in a system S in relation to an ambient pressure U, with a pump P that has a pressure sideand an intake side, where during the generation of an overpressure, the pressure sideis connected to the system S and the intake sideis connected to the ambient pressure by means of at least one first valve MV, in particular a solenoid valve. According to the invention, means are provided, which can provide an additional cross section for the intake volume flow during the generation of an overpressure. The invention also relates to a valve, which is particularly provided for use with the device according to the invention.

Overpressure generator and valve

The invention relates to an electromagnetically actuatable valve that has a magnet part, a moveable armature element, a spring element, and a valve part. The magnet part has at least one coil form with a magnetic coil wound on it, a flux concentrating element and a center pole. The valve part has a closing element that cooperates with the armature element and controls the opening and closing of the valve on a valve seat. The armature element is designed as a clapper-type armature and cooperates with the center pole by way of a damping element.

Electromagnetically actuated valve

A device for at least intermittently generating an overpressure in a system S in relation to an ambient pressure U includes a pump P that has a pressure side and an intake side where during the generation of an overpressure, the pressure side is connected to the system S and the intake side is connected to the ambient pressure by means of at least one first valve MV , in particular a solenoid valve. At least one additional valve (ZV) is provided, which is connected in parallel to the first valve MV and can provide an additional cross section for the intake volume flow during the generation of an overpressure.

Positive pressure generation device and valve

The invention creates a vehicle pneumatics overpressure regulating circuit of a supply device of a pneumatic consumer in a vehicle with an operating pressure. The overpressure circuit has a compressed air source , which furnishes compressed air for the consumer ; a pressure switch , by means of which the compressed air source is turned on and/or off to supply the consumer with compressed air; and a supply line , by way of which compressed air can be carried from the compressed air source to the consumer . The pressure switch can be subjected to a measured pressure via a pneumatic measurement line , which is separate from the supply line, and this measured pressure characterizes a state of the operating pressure of the consumer. As a result, extremely precise regulation of the requisite operating pressure is successfully achieved.
