The invention relates to an expansible fixing plug () which consists of at least two different plastics materials, having a main body () made of the first plastics material, which is at least partly encased by a casing () made of the second plastics material. The main body () has an expansion region (), which extends along a longitudinal axis (L) and has at least two expansion tongues () which are separated from one another by a first slot (), and a sleeve () arranged at the front of the expansible fixing plug () in the direction of introduction (E). The sleeve () is connected to the expansion region () and is at least partly encased by a casing body () formed by the casing (). In order to obtain an expansible fixing plug () having improved expansion behavior, it is proposed that on the casing body () there be arranged at least one wing element () which, starting from the casing body (), extends cantilever-like in a direction opposite to the direction of introduction (E) and substantially in the longitudinal direction (L).

Expansible fixing plug

The invention relates to an expansible fixing plug () which consists of at least two different plastics materials, having a main body () made of the first plastics material, which is at least partly encased by a casing () made of the second plastics material. The main body () has an expansion region (), which extends along a longitudinal axis (L) between a sleeve () and an insertion sleeve () forming the rear end of the expansible fixing plug (), in which expansion region there are arranged at least two expansion tongues () which are separated from one another by a first slot (), the first slot () being at least partly filled in the expansion region () by a casing element () of the casing (). In order to obtain an expansible fixing plug () having improved expansion behavior, it is proposed that on at least one expansion tongue () there be arranged a local weakened position () as predetermined bending point.

A plug for fixing to hollow and to solid building materials has a plug body having a plurality of longitudinally extending expansible limbs that are expansible by screwing in of an expansion screw, the expansible limbs having a rear end and a leading end, a sleeve-shaped plug end which joins the expansible limbs with one another at the rear end and is formed so that the expansion screw is insertable through the plug end, a sleeve-shaped plug tip which joins the expansible sleeves with one another at the leading end and which is formed so that the expansion screw is screwable into the plug tip, and a stretchable material which joins the expansible limbs with one another circumferentially and which is pierced by several helically arranged slots.

An expansible plug has a plurality of expansible tongues which extend over an expansible region and are expandable radially away from one another under the action of an expanding member, the expansible region being radially oversized.

The invention relates to a plug ( ) for fastening to hollow or panel-type building materials and to solid building materials. The invention proposes providing the plug ( ) with expansion limbs ( ) that extend longitudinally and that are connected to one another by thin skins ( ) having a corrugation in the peripheral direction. That has the advantage of good screw guidance and a torsionally rigid construction of the plug ( ); especially when fastening to hollow and panel-type building materials, undesirable backwards rotation of the plug tip ( ) is avoided when screwing in an expansion screw by hand. Angled slits ( ) in the plug tip ( ) bring about good adaptation to screws having different diameters and different pitches of thread.

Plug to be fastened to hollow and solid building materials

The invention relates to an expansible fixing plug ( ), which is manufactured as a two-material fixing plug from a relatively soft and a relatively hard plastics material. To achieve a low insertion torque of an expansion screw as the expansible fixing plug ( ) is expanded, yet nevertheless a high anchoring force, the invention proposes constructing from the relatively hard plastics material expansion fingers ( ), having cross-sectional areas increasing in size in the direction towards the leading end of the expansible fixing plug ( ), which expansion fingers are embedded in expansion tongues ( ) of the relatively soft plastics material having a cross-section corresponding to a circular segment, the expansion tongues ( ) being connected with one another by dilatation zones ( ). Sleeve-form two-material expansible fixing plug with a high torsional stiffness

An expansible fixing plug, comprising a body part composed of a plastic material and having a leading end and a rear end, the body part having a longitudinal channel extending from the rear end for insertion of a fixing screw and the like. The longitudinal channel has a cylindrical portion approximately corresponding to an external diameter of the screw. A narrowing portion adjoins the cylindrical portion. The body part also has a slot extending from the leading end over a part of a length of the body part. The narrowing portion of the longitudinal channel has a cross-section starting from the cylindrical portion and having a lozenge shape. The narrowing portion of the longitudinal channel in a plane of the slot has a corner to corner width which remains the same for an entire length of the narrowing portion and substantially corresponds to a diameter of the cylindrical portion. The narrowing portion at right angles to the plane of the slot has a corner to corner width which decreases toward the leading end of the body part.

A container for installing in a vehicle has a housing having an open front side, a cover pivotally mounted on the housing at the open front side, a storage receptacle formed as a storage tray and connected to the cover so that when the cover is opened the storage tray is displaced out of the housing into a removal position, a slide guidable and lockable in the housing, the storage tray being hingedly mounted on the slide, a drive member moving the slide toward the open front side of the housing, and a coupling link which connects the storage tray to the cover and having a control pin connected to the storage tray and displacing the storage tray outside the housing into the removal position in which the storage tray is partially uprightly oriented.

A container for sound carriers, such as compact cassettes, compact discs, and the like, which has a mounting base mountable in a motor vehicle; a container housing releasibly connected with the mounting base. The mounting base has two side faces provided with retaining rails. The container housing has guides in which the retaining rails of the mounting base engage. The mounting base has further guide surfaces. One of the guiding surfaces is formed as a bridge-like web provided with teeth, and resting against a rack of the container housing.

A device for storing magnetic tape cassettes has a housing, a slider movable into the housing to a storage position and provided with locking members engageable with tape reel hubs of a compact cassette stored in the device, and a spring wire acting on the pivotally mounted locking members and holding them below a supporting surface of the slider member when the latter is located outside of the housing, and when the slider member is moved into the housing a control edge of the housing presses the spring wire to transfer torque to the locking members so as to displace them away from the supporting surface and pivot them into the tape reel hubs of the compact cassette.

Device for storing magnetic tape cassettes

The storage device includes slider members, each having a resilient clasp element for receiving and holding a recording medium housing. Each of the slider members is spring-loaded and slidable between a storage position in the storage device housing and an unloading position contained completely within the housing. In the unloading position a recording medium housing held by the slider member projects from a housing opening in the storage device housing so that it can be removed from the slider member but the slider member need not be pushed back. The storage device has a locking device for each slider member including a resilient blade attached to the storage device housing at one end and having a latching element at the other end so that, when a recording medium housing is put into a housing opening and received by a slider member in the unloading position, it can be pushed into the housing and secured in the storage position. An unlocking device including a push button mounted on the housing next to each housing opening is provided so the slider member can be released from the storage position to slide into the unloading position simply and reliably.
