The invention relates to a discharge device () for a reaction vessel unit () which has a plurality of reaction vessels (), wherein the reaction vessels () each have an opening () which lie in a common opening plane (), wherein the discharge device () has a discharge plate () which is designed in such a way that it can be arranged or is arranged opposite the openings () of the reaction vessels () in a centrifuge () and is designed such that it rotates with the reaction vessel unit () during centrifuging and liquid escaping from the reaction vessels () is collected and drained off by the discharge plate () due to the centrifugal acceleration. The invention also relates to a centrifuge () for cleaning a reaction vessel unit (), having a drive, a rotor () which can be coupled or is coupled to the drive, wherein the rotor () is designed to receive the reaction vessel unit () with the discharge device (). The invention relates to a centrifuge for cleaning a reaction vessel unit and to a method for cleaning such a centrifuge. The centrifuge has a rotor and a rotor chamber, in which the rotor is arranged and mounted, the rotor features a receiving area for receiving the reaction vessel unit. The rotor chamber is limited by a housing, the housing having an outlet to drain the liquid discharged from the reaction vessels and being provided with an inlet for filling the rotor chamber with a cleaning solution in such a way, when the rotor rotates, the rotoris at least partially immersed in the cleaning solution and distributes it in rotor chamber and/or the inlet is designed in such a way that the cleaning solution is distributed in rotor chamber when it is supplied by the rotating rotor.

A centrifuge for cleaning a reaction vessel unit comprises a rotor and a rotor chamber in which the rotor is positioned and supported in rotary fashion. The rotor chamber is delimited by a housing having a drainage channel beneath the rotor. The invention relates to a method for determining the result of an agglutination reaction and a microplate used in such a method. Agglutinated and non-agglutinated sample material is separated by means of a separation material such as gel material or a bead matrix in a centrifugation step. Whether an agglutination reaction took place or not is determined by comparing the color intensities and/or the gray levels of images of the top side and the bottom side of the respective reaction vessel. Comparing the color intensities and/or the gray levels of the two images makes the automatic determination reliable and stable. Furthermore, the reaction wells are arranged in a two-dimensional array which provides a high throughput.

The emitter contact of the first transistor is coupled with the base terminal of a second transistor. The second transistor has a collector contact which is connected to the base terminal of the first transistor for controlling the voltage at the base terminal of the first transistor.
