The present invention relates to a combustible and edible composition comprising medium-chain triacylglycerols and silica, wherein the composition is in one embodiment a solid shaped body. The invention further relates to the use of a composition or of a solid shaped body as an item of equipment for outdoor activities, camping, sports activities, and/or in a diet.

The NCO terminated polyurethane prepolymer is substantially linear, contains from 2.0% to 8.0% based on the weight of the prepolymer, of highly disperse silica and up to 10% by weight, based on the weight of the prepolymer, of additives. This invention relates to a jointing compound of an acrylate/acrylonitrile copolymer containing 2 to 8 carbon atoms in the alcohol component as binder and fatty compounds as plasticizer and also fillers and auxiliaries. Epoxystearic acid methyl ester in particular may be used as the fatty compound while a butyl acrylate/acrylonitrile copolymer in particular may be used as the acrylate/acrylonitrile copolymer. The combination of the two substances results in jointing compounds characterized by a dramatic improvement in elasticity (resilience). A gluing, sealing and coating compound based on a styrene copolymer is characterized in that the styrene copolymer mainly contains styrene and in that it contains an aromatic compound-free polyalkylene oxide and/or its fatty derivative. These non-toxic plastcizers are easily tolerated and increase stickiness, elasticity and stretchability. The invention relates to polystyrene binders modified by fatty compounds. The fatty compounds used are, in particular, esters of fatty acids or fatty alcohols, more especially triglycerides of higher fatty acids, preferably natural fats and oils. They may be added to the binder in high concentrations without adversely affecting the properties of the binder. However, their addition is of advantage in regard to the wetting properties, resistance to water and, above all, hardness. Dispersion adhesives, hotmelt adhesives and sealing compounds in particular can be improved with the binders according to the invention.
