Apparatus and method for producing plastic bottles. An apparatus for producing plastic bottles includes a molding machine to manufacture preforms for plastic bottles. The apparatus also includes a blow molding machine to receive the preforms from the molding machine and to stretch blow mold the preforms into bottles. The apparatus also includes a labeling machine to receive the bottles from the blow molding machine and to label the bottles. The molding machine is bloc-synchronized with the blow molding machine to space the molding machine a first distance from the blow molding machine. The blow molding machine being bloc-synchronized with the labeling machine to space the blow molding machine a second distance from the labeling machine.

Apparatus and method for producing plastic bottles

Provided is a device for treating containers, comprising a heating device for heating plastic preforms, wherein the heating device has a plurality of heating stations which are suitable for individually heating the plastic preforms, and wherein the heating device has a transport device which transports the plastic preforms individually through the heating device, and comprising a reshaping device which is suitable and intended for reshaping the plastic preforms heated by the heating device into plastic containers. Method and system for arranging a plurality of articles moved in a mass flow

A labeler for in-mold labeling of plastic bottles as well as to a labeling method for use of the labeler, including that a transfer star wheel and a transfer device of the labeler move the preforms and the labels in a transfer region towards one another in such a way that a respective label is only affixed to a circumferential subarea of a perform. The articulated arms are able to follow the path of the blow molds during insertion of the labels with high speed. The grippers are rotatably supported which allows an exact radial orientation of the gripper with respect to the axis of rotation of the blow wheel that continues to rotate during insertion of the labels, to thus allow a particularly accurate and reliable labeling.

A device for the stretch blowing of plastic containers in a continuous single-stage process, having at least one injection rotor, with injection molds for preforms, which are fed via controlled valves from an extruder head and by way of a melt distributor from a central extruder, wherein the axis of the extruder is placed at least essentially in the axis of the injection pipe, and at least the extruder head and the melt distributor can be permanently and synchronously rotationally driven by the injection rotor.
