The invention relates to a magnet arrangement for magnetic levitation vehicles. Said arrangement comprises a magnetic back box and a plurality of magnetic poles that are connected to said back box and that have magnetic pole faces bordering on a common reference surface. According to the invention, the reference surface extends along an elastic line when the magnetic pole is in the unloaded state, said elastic line being inverse to the curvature of the surface that is obtained under a nominal load of the magnetic poles when the magnetic pole faces are in the unloaded state on a plane. The invention also relates to a method for producing said type of magnet arrangement.

Magnet arrangement for magnetic levitation vehicles and method for the production thereof

A magnet pole, for magnetically levitated vehicles, includes a core () and a winding provided with winding disks that are arranged axially on top of each other. Both of the disks contain conduction band sections () that are wound counter to the direction of winding and in several layers about the core (). The conduction band sections are connected together in an electrically conductive manner by means of a connection part () on the core () near ends. The connection part () is bent in an outward manner on lateral longitudinal edges that are parallel to each other thus forming a curved outlet ().

A reception unit is provided including a receiver coil for the contactless transfer of electric energy. The receiver coil includes a plurality of flux guiding elements () that are made of a highly permeable material and that are designed to concentrate the field lines. A magnetic pole comprised of a core () and a winding () for magnetically levitated vehicles is described. According to the present invention, the winding () is comprised of at least two discs () that consist of conductor strips wound in several layers around said core (). The individual layers are electrically insulated by way of first insulation layers () radially against each other and against said core (), while the individual discs () are electrically insulated against each other axially by at least a second insulation layer ().

A device for transmitting electrical energy from the track () to the vehicle () of a magnetic leviation railway is described. According to the invention a contactless operating device is provided in that the track () has mounted thereon at least one primary line () connected to a voltage source () and being designed as an emitting coil and in that the vehicle () has mounted thereon at least one pick-up coil () applied to its magnet back box ().

Device for transmitting electrical energy from the track to the vehicle of a magnetic levitation railway

A magnetic pole for magnetically levitation vehicles is described comprising a core and a winding applied on said core. According to the present invention, the winding has two spaced disks formed of conductor strip sections () wound in opposite winding sense and in several layers around said core and conductively connected to each other at ends near said core by a connection section () which defines the axial distance of said two disks () and the winding sense of the two conductor strip sections ().

A guiding magnet system for a magnetic levitation vehicle is described. The guiding magnet system has a plurality of magnet arrangements () which each comprise a core () extending in the vehicle's longitudinal direction and have at least two winding levels (planes). In each winding plane an even number of windings (or) is provided. At one end of the magnet arrangements () two windings (e.g.) each lying one behind the other but diagonally above each other and being connected in series, form a pair of windings linked to an assigned control circuit. At the other end of said magnet arrangement either also two such winding pairs or single winding pairs are provided which comprise two windings (or) arranged one behind the other. Further, a magnetic levitation vehicle equipped with such a guiding magnet system is described (FIG.).

The method of manufacturing a sheet stack for electromagnetic assemblies, consisting of ferromagnetic material, includes forming the sheet stack from raw magnetic steel sheets in a shaping tool without the use of spacers, if necessary with the help of positioning aids, and simultaneously introducing a hardenable mixture into the shaping tool in order to totally surround the sheet stack and to form an anti-corrosion layer and hardening or hardening out this casting compound according to the pressure-gelating method to connect the sheets together and to form the finished sheet stack in one single working step. An electromagnetic assembly including at least one of the sheet stacks and an additional component is made in the same working step by a method including making the finished sheet stack in accordance with the foregoing pressure-gelating method, connecting the finished sheet stack to the additional component to form the assembly and surrounding the assembly with the mixture in order to form the anti-corrosion layer.

Process for the production of laminated cores

The method provides an electromagnetic assembly in the form of a magnet pole or of a stator packet of an extended stator linear motor for a magnetic levitation train. The assembly includes a sheet stack ( ) made of ferromagnetic material and at least one additional component ( ). The sheet stack ( ) is assembled from raw magnetic steel sheets and is positioned in a shaping tool. Thereafter by feeding a hardenable mixture into the tool and hardening or hardening out the mixture, the sheets are surrounded with the mixture and connected to each other in a single working step to form the finished sheet stack. In the same working step, the sheet stack ( ) is connected to the additional component ( ) and the assembly as a whole is provided with its final electrical, magnetic, mechanical and/or geometric properties.
