A hybrid drive module for a motor vehicle having a housing, an electric machine with a rotatable rotor and a stator fixed with respect to rotation relative to the housing, and a clutch. A first half of the clutch is connected to a hub, and a second half of the clutch is connected to the rotor. The rotor is rotatably mounted at the hub via a first rolling element bearing. The hub is rotatably mounted via a second rolling element bearing at a bearing shield connected to the housing. A supporting of axial forces on both sides is carried out between the rotor and hub via the first rolling element bearing and between the hub and bearing shield via the second rolling element bearing. Also disclosed is a motor vehicle powertrain with a hybrid drive module.

Hybrid drive module for a motor vehicle

A rotor carrier for a rotor of an electric machine and to a hybrid module with such a rotor carrier. The rotor carrier includes a tubular base body having elements on an outer circumferential surface facing the rotor for connection between base body and rotor, the base body is connected to a hub by a connection element. The connection element has an axial portion which extends along a part of the axial length of the base body and runs coaxial to the latter, in that receptacles for parts of a clutch are provided on an inner circumferential surface of the axial portion remote of the base body, and in that the connection element has a flange area adjoining the axial portion.

Rotor support for an electrical machine

A rotor carrier for a rotor of an electric machine and to a hybrid module with such a rotor carrier. The rotor carrier includes a pot-shaped base body. The base body overlaps only a portion of the axial extension of the rotor, in that the rotor carrier comprises a second supporting body that has elements on an outer circumferential surface for a positive engagement connection and/or frictional engagement connection between supporting body and rotor, in that the supporting body has a radially extending flange, and in that the bottom of the base body and the flange of the supporting body are connected to one another.

A hybrid module having a damper hub connected to an internal combustion engine, a housing, a clutch, an electric machine which has a rotor and a stator connected to the housing, a torque converter has a converter housing connected to a central hub and a turbine shaft, and an output shaft. The rotor of the electric machine is connected to the central hub or the converter housing. The turbine shaft is connected to the output shaft to be fixed with respect to rotation and the clutch is arranged between the damper hub and the torque converter The central hub is supported at the output shaft via at least one bearing and is supported at the damper hub via at least two bearings and the damper hub is supported at the housing by a bearing.

Bearing unit for a hybrid module

A rotor carrier for a rotor of an electric machine and to a hybrid module. The rotor carrier includes a tubular base body and receptacles for parts of a clutch are provided on an inner circumferential surface remote of the rotor. The base body is connected to a hub by a connection element arranged adjacent to the receptacles. The connection element is formed by a radially extending annular flange, and in that the radially extending annular flange is arranged in axial direction between the receptacles and one end of the base body, or is characterized in that the base body is formed integral with a converter housing, and in that the connection element is formed by a radially extending housing wall or a housing cover of the converter housing.
