The fuel supply apparatus according to the invention is improved in a simple manner in that it is provided with short fuel lines. According to the invention, the drive line of the suction jet pumps is connected to a pressure line downstream of the fuel supply pump and has at least one check valve or a siphon.

The invention relates to a pressure regulator for a fuel delivery system of an internal combustion engine for regulating a fuel pressure, including a valve, which has a valve ball that is pressed against a valve seat in the closed position by the action of a valve leaf spring. A segment of a hemisphere of the valve ball oriented toward the valve leaf spring protrudes into a recess associated with the valve leaf spring. This improves the noise behavior and regulating behavior of the pressure regulator.

Fuel pumping apparatus having an impoundment container, disposed in a tank, in which impoundment container a pumping assembly is disposed that pumps fuel to the internal combustion engine. A jet pump is supplied with some of the fuel pumped by the pumping assembly and pumps fuel out of the tank into the impoundment container. Below the pumping assembly, near a bottom of the impoundment container, there is a suction chamber, from which the pumping assembly aspirates fuel. A connection of the suction chamber to the impoundment container is controlled by a float valve, disposed laterally next to the pumping assembly, and by means of this valve, when the impoundment container is full, the suction chamber communicates with the impoundment container; in this state, the pumping assembly aspirates fuel from the impoundment container. A connection of the suction chamber to the tank is controlled by a check valve, which is disposed on the bottom of the impoundment container and by which the suction chamber communicates with the tank when the impoundment container is empty; in this state, the pumping assembly aspirates fuel from the tank.

A fuel feeding module for a motor vehicle has a fuel supply tank, a storage container arranged in the fuel supply tank, a feeding aggregate arranged in the storage container and feeding fuel from the storage container to an internal combustion engine of the motor vehicle, the feeding aggregate having a driving part and a pump part which is formed as a flow pump and has a rotatably driven impeller cooperating with at least one flow passage for feeding the fuel, a jet pump which is connected with the flow passage of the pump part of the feeding aggregate and through which the fuel is fed from the fuel supply tank into the storage container, the jet pump being arranged laterally near the feeding aggregate and connected with the flow passage of the pump part by a passage which extends along the bottom of the storage container.
