The present disclosure relates to delivery systems. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a process for releasing an active ingredient including a step of contacting a powdered composition with a medium having a pH&#x2264;7. The present disclosure relates to the field of delivery systems. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a process for preparing a powdered composition including granules.
