The invention relates to an onboard network () for a vehicle (), in particular a motor vehicle. The onboard network () comprises an electric machine () designed for operating in generator mode. The onboard network () further comprises a voltage transformer () that is at least indirectly connected to the electric machine () on the input side and a first energy accumulator () connected to the voltage transformer () on the output side, in particular an accumulator. The electric machine () is designed for the recuperation operation. The voltage transformer () is designed to detect or limit a charge state of the first energy accumulator () and to regulate the charge state of the first energy accumulator () such that the first energy accumulator () has a reserve capacity () during generator operation, preferably when driving the vehicle in an energy-consuming manner. The voltage transformer () is further designed to charge the reserve capacity () of the first energy accumulator () depending on a recuperation signal () received on the input side and representing a recuperation operation of the vehicle ().

A target/actual comparison between the calculated O2 signal and the measured O2 signal, can be performed for a step load transition.

A device and a method for the control of a generator, for example a claw-pole generator, with which the rectifier bridge connected to the generator can be temporarily short-circuited, as a result of which power is temporarily stored in the stator inductors, which results in higher phase voltages. Suitable selection of the control frequency for a transistor, which makes the short-circuiting of the diode bridge possible, allows an output voltage of the generator to be set to the desired voltage level which is clearly higher than the conventional vehicle electrical system voltage. The diode bridge itself can be replaced by controllable switching elements (transistors) and a voltage adjustment is implemented using suitable controls.

In order that dirt particles and liquid droplets entrained by the aspirated air will be kept away from the measuring element, in accordance with the invention, a protective screen is disposed inside the tubular body, upstream of the measuring element; the screen extends in inclined fashion in the flow direction, and dirt particles and liquid droplets are deposited on it and carried to a downstream end of the protective screen, so that via an outflow opening they can reach the inner conduit wall of the tubular body and be made to bypass the measuring element.

A method for optimized power and efficiency regulation of rotary current generators with an associated converter bridge, in particular synchronous machines, is described in which at least three regulation ranges are defined, within which ranges the regulation of the generator takes place by different criteria. A measuring device serves to measure the mass of a medium flowing in a line along the primary flow direction, in particular the mass of aspirated air of an internal combustion engine. The conduit extends in an axial direction from an inlet opening of the measurement conduit to a deflection conduit. The deflection conduit leads to an outlet opening that discharges into the line at an outer face of the measuring device. In the surroundings of the outlet opening, at least one protuberance is provided on the outer face of the measuring device that has the outlet opening.
