A stack for an electrical energy accumulator is provided having at least one storage cell, which in turn has a storage electrode and an air electrode that is connected to an air supply device, the air supply device having an air distribution plate, wherein the stack also has a water vapor supply device which is in contact with the storage electrode and the air distribution plate has at least one element of the water vapor supply device.

Stack for an electrical energy accumulator

A storage cell has an air electrode, connected to an air supply device, and a storage device. Channels for receiving a storage medium rest on the storage electrode. In addition, partition walls for partitioning off the channels with respect to one another are provided. The partition walls have a recess in the region of the storage electrode. This recess serves the purpose of spacing apart the storage medium from the storage electrode.

Electrical energy store

An electric energy store includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode and an oxygen ion conducting electrolyte separating the positive electrode and the negative electrode from each other. The negative electrode includes a first reservoir having a gas-permeable oxidizable material and, contained therein, a gaseous, oxygen-exchanging redox pair. The positive electrode comprises a second reservoir having a gas-permeable oxidizable material and oxygen transport is effected by means of an oxygen-containing gaseous compound, wherein the positive electrode is closed with respect to the atmosphere.

Electric energy store

An energy store is provided, having at least one stack, each stack having at least one storage cell, which in turn has an air electrode and a storage electrode. The storage electrode is adjacent to channels, which contain a storage medium and water vapor. The channels have a larger cross-sectional area than the cross-section of the storage medium, which condition causes unhindered spreading of a reaction gas in the area between the storage electrode and the storage medium.

An electrical energy store having at least one stack with in each case at least one storage cell. Each storage cell has an air electrode, which is connected to an air supply apparatus, and a storage electrode. The storage electrode adjoins channels which contain a storage medium and a steam/hydrogen mixture. A reservoir of steam/hydrogen is provided, the reservoir being directly connected to the channels.

An electrical energy storage device is provided which comprises at least one module with a negative electrode, a positive electrode made from an anion generating material or material combination and conducting anions, and an anion conducting solid electrolyte located between the negative electrode and the positive electrode. The negative electrode of each module comprises a porous structure that conducts anions and the pore space of which is at least partially filled by a first redox mass which comprises a metal/metal oxide pair. The positive electrode of each module comprises a porous structure that conducts anions and the pore space of which is at least partially filled by a second redox mass which comprises a metal/metal oxide pair with an increased oxidation potential compared to the first redox mass.

Electrical energy storage device

A high-temperature fuel cell system having a particularly simple construction and a particularly low power requirement for a compressor on the air side, includes at least one high-temperature fuel cell stack being disposed in a container and forming a partition or part of a partition separating an air entry space into which air inlets of high-temperature fuel cells open, and an air exit space into which air outlets of the high-temperature fuel cells open, from one another in gas-tight fashion in the container. Preferably, at least one location in the partition is provided at which the air situated in the air exit space can be recirculated at least partially into the air entry space through the use of air flowing into the air entry space. The effect achieved thereby is that the compressor compresses cold, relatively dense air and a recirculation of hot air in the container can be carried out without the use of moving parts.
