An actuating drive includes an actuating arm pivotally supported about a pivoting axis, and movably supported between a closed position and an open position. A force storage member applies a force to the actuating arm, and a coupling device can brake or prevent a pivotal movement of the actuating arm. The coupling device includes a movably-supported first coupling element having a tooth arrangement, and the first coupling element can engage a second coupling element when a predetermined pivotal speed of the actuating arm is exceeded to brake or prevent the pivotal movement of the actuating arm. The second coupling element includes an engagement section for engaging the two coupling elements together, and includes a freewheel section separate from the engagement section. In the closed position, the first coupling element is within the freewheel section of the second coupling element, whereby the two coupling elements are decoupled from one another.

Actuator for moving a furniture flap

A furniture drive system includes a mechanical control unit having a pivotably mounted control arm for moving a movable furniture part, a spring device for applying force to the control arm, and a movably mounted control part having a transmission opening for transmitting a force from the spring device to the control arm. An electrical drive unit has an electric motor for moving the movable furniture part, and a driver to be driven by the electric motor for transmitting a torque of the electric motor to the mechanical control unit. The driver can be inserted into the transmission opening, and the electrical drive unit and the mechanical control unit are designed as separate assemblies and can be fastened to each other. A contact surface for the driver is arranged laterally adjacent to the transmission opening and the driver is preloaded toward the contact surface by a force store.

Furniture drive system

The invention relates to a flap drive system for a flap which is movably mounted on a furniture carcass. The flap drive system is arranged on a sidewall of the furniture carcass. The flap drive system includes a mechanical actuating unit having an actuating arm that can be connected to the flap and an accumulator acting upon the actuating arm, and an electric drive, fastened on the mechanical actuating unit for driving the flap. The electric drive has at least one electric motor, and a gear stage which allows the transmission of force from the electric drive onto the mechanical actuating unit. The gear stage is designed as a separate component, and has a housing that is independent from the mechanical actuating unit and the electric drive or an independent mounting plate.

Flap drive system

A synchronizing device for a movably mounted furniture part synchronizes a movement between at least two adjusting devices via a synchronizing rod. The synchronizing rod has at least two sub-shafts between which an overload protection device is arranged, and the overload protection device can release a relative rotational movement between the two sub-shafts when a specified holding torque between the two sub-shafts is exceeded.

Synchronizing device for movably mounted furniture part

A movably mounted furniture part includes a torque-transmitting shaft, especially a synchronizing rod. The shaft has at least two sub-shafts, one sub-shaft being a rod-type component and the other sub-shaft being a connecting part. A connecting device connects the rod-type component to the connecting part, and can include at least one spring that resiliently holds the rod-type component and the connecting part together. A locking part is formed on the rod-type component and/or on the connecting part and/or can be mounted thereon, with the locking part securing the rod-type component and the connecting part against detachment.

Furniture part comprising a torque-transmitting shaft

An ejecting device for a movable furniture part includes an ejector, which can be moved between a first and a second position, for ejecting the movable furniture part, a drive train having an electrical drive unit that drives the ejector and a gear mechanism arranged between the drive unit and the ejector and which has an output that acts on the ejector, and an open-loop or closed-loop control device for controlling the drive unit in an open-loop or closed-loop manner. A force accumulator is integrated in the gear mechanism between the drive unit and the output, and a monitoring device connected to the drive train can detect an unloading of the force accumulator and report the unloading to the open-loop or closed-loop control device. The open-loop or closed-loop control device activates the electrical drive unit to move the ejector back to the first position after detection of the unloading.
