A separation device for separating a working chamber and a compensation chamber of a hydraulically damping mount includes a first nozzle disc and a second nozzle disc made of a first material and forming a damping channel interconnecting the working chamber and the compensation chamber. The first nozzle disc may include a sealing member made of a second material and abut the second nozzle disc to seal the damping channel. A hydraulically damping mount for mounting a motor vehicle unit may having a separating device.

A hydromount suitable for mounting a motor vehicle engine on a vehicle body includes: a load-supporting spring that supports a mount core, encloses a working chamber, and is supported on an outer ring, an intermediate plate, and a compensation chamber separated from the working chamber by the intermediate plate and delimited by a compensation diaphragm. The compensation chamber and the working chamber are filled with a damping liquid and are connected with each other in a liquid-conducting manner via a damping channel disposed in the intermediate plate. The intermediate plate may include an upper nozzle disk, a lower nozzle disk, and a diaphragm disposed between the upper nozzle disk and the lower nozzle disk. The diaphragm may have an inner circumference, an outer circumference, and at least one valve opening. The at least one valve opening may be disposed completely between the inner circumference and the outer circumference.

Hydraulic mount with negative-pressure valve

A hydraulic mount, in particular for mounting a motor vehicle engine, includes a mount core, a supporting spring comprising an elastomer material, a working chamber delimited by the supporting spring, and a compensation chamber separated from the working chamber by an intermediate plate. The working chamber and the compensation chamber may be filled with hydraulic fluid and connected to each other by a flow transfer duct. The mount core may have a first mount core part and a second mount core part operationally connected to each other by an elastomer body for high-frequency vibration decoupling. The elastomer body has a first elastomer body portion configured to absorb at least a static mount load acting on the mount core, and a second elastomer body portion configured to absorb at least a transverse force acting on the mount core.

Hydraulic bearing

The invention relates to a hydraulic mount, including a hydraulic mount for mounting a motor vehicle engine on a vehicle body. In embodiments, the hydraulic mount includes: a hydraulic module with a support spring that supports a mount core, surrounds a working chamber, and is supported on an outer ring on which a cover is fixed, a compensation chamber which is separated from the working chamber by an intermediate plate and is delimited by a compensation membrane, wherein the compensation chamber and the working chamber are filled with a damping liquid and are connected with each other in a liquid-conducting manner via a damping channel arranged in the intermediate plate; and a housing accommodating the hydraulic module. In embodiments, the outer ring includes a radial projection with a rubber-lined axial abutment surface and a non-rubber-lined radial outer surface.

Hydraulic mount

A separating device for arrangement between a working chamber and a compensation chamber of a hydraulic mount includes a first nozzle plate and a second nozzle plate which is spaced apart from the first nozzle plate at a first distance. An elastic membrane is arranged between the first nozzle plate and the second nozzle plate. The membrane has at least one bump. The bump has a height with respect to the membrane and is designed in such a way that the bump lies against the first nozzle plate and/or the second nozzle plate in a punctiform manner. A thickness of the membrane and the height of the bump in the uninstalled state together are larger than the first distance, such that the membrane is clamped between the first nozzle plate and the second nozzle plate in a punctiform manner.
