A hydrostatic profiled rail guide, having a guide carriage () which is arranged on a guide rail () so as to be longitudinally slidable and is hydrostatically mounted on said guide rail, wherein the guide carriage has pressure pockets and pocket surfaces arranged around the pressure pockets, and wherein the guide rail on the faces thereof facing towards the pressure pockets has rail running surfaces () for hydrostatic mounting of the guide carriage on the guide rail, wherein the pocket surfaces formed on the guide carriage have a first coating formed of a Cu/Sn alloy.

Hydrostatic profiled rail guide

A seal () for a hydrostatic linear guide with a given adjustment direction (), with a longitudinal seal section (') extending essentially parallel to the adjustment direction (), and with a transverse seal section (&#x2032;) extending essentially transverse to the adjustment direction (), wherein a first lip seal with a projecting lip portion () extends along the longitudinal seal section and a second lip seal with a projecting lip portion () extends along the transverse seal section. A height of the projecting lip portion () of the first lip seal oscillates in a wave shape in the adjustment direction. With such a seal (), both a high degree of static oil tightness and also a high degree of dynamic oil tightness are achieved for a hydrostatic linear guide.

Seal for a hydrostatic linear guide

A seal () for a hydrostatic linear guide with a given adjustment direction (), with a longitudinal seal section (') extending essentially parallel to the adjustment direction (), and with a transverse seal section (&#x2032;) extending essentially transverse to the adjustment direction (), wherein a first sealing lip () extends along the longitudinal seal section (&#x2032;) and a second sealing lip () extends along the transverse seal section (&#x2032;), and wherein the longitudinal seal section (&#x2032;) and the transverse seal section (&#x2032;) are connected to each other. Here it is provided that the first sealing lip () and the second sealing lip () merge into each other with a constant curvature (). With such a seal (), both a high degree of static oil tightness and also a high degree of dynamic oil tightness are achieved for a hydrostatic linear guide.

Gasket for a hydrostatic linear guide

A flow control valve () for a hydraulic line, having an outlet opening () for hydraulic fluid, an inlet opening () for hydraulic fluid and a differential pressure regulator () for the pressure independent provision of a constant volumetric flow of the hydraulic fluid, and having a setting part () for setting the control behavior of the differential pressure regulator (), the setting part () having an operating section () which is provided so as to be accessible outside the hydraulic line for setting the setting part ().

Flow control valve

A hydrostatic mounting of longitudinally displaceably arranged machine parts, which have pressure pockets for hydraulic fluid for building up a hydrostatic pressure between two machine parts, gaps connected to the pressure pockets and delimited by gap faces of the two machine parts, a drainage for the reception of hydraulic fluid flowing out from the gaps, and a seal, arranged effectively between the machine parts and surrounding the gaps, sealing against the escape of hydraulic fluid. An environment-side portion of the seal is at the same time a portion of the drainage creating a double-acting portion. The double-acting portion of the seal is formed from a material permeable to the hydraulic fluid.

Hydrostatic mounting

A hydrostatic mounting of longitudinally displaceably arranged machine parts, which have pressure pockets for hydraulic fluid for building up a hydrostatic pressure between two machine parts, gaps for the hydraulic fluid which are adjacent to the pressure pockets and are delimited by gap faces of the two machine parts, drainage for the reception of hydraulic fluid, and at least one seal arranged between the machine parts and surrounding the drainage sealing against leakage of hydraulic fluid out of the hydrostatic mounting. At least one circumferential portion of the seal has an outer sealing lip and an inner sealing lip. The inner sealing lip is adjacent to the gaps, and a vacuum-loadable drainage portion of the drainage is arranged between the two sealing lips.

Rolling bodies () roll in load section () on raceways (), and returned, without load, in return section (). Deflection sections () have one inner deflection means () with inner deflection race () and outer deflection means () with outer deflection race (). Inner deflection means () and outer deflection means () are connected, integrally to one another.

Linear rolling bearing

A hydrostatic profile of a rail guide with a guide carriage. Viewed in cross-section through the rail guide, there is an imaginary first straight line parallel to the mid-surface, an imaginary second straight line parallel to an upper bearing surfaces and a third imaginary straight line parallel to a lower bearing surface. An angle alpha is formed between the first and the second straight lines, and an angle gamma is formed between the first and the third straight lines. The angle alpha has values of 10&#xb0; to 45 &#xb0; inclusive and the angle gamma has values of 20&#xb0; to 55&#xb0; inclusive.
