The invention provides a process for the specific agglutination of sensitized lymphocytes by adding to a dispersion of at least 10.sup.5 ml.sup.-1 lymphocytes in a physiologically compatible medium at least 0.01 mg/ml of poly-lysine or at least 0.1 .mu.g/ml of poly-ornithine and keeping the mixture at a temperature of from 20.degree. to 40.degree. C. for 20 minutes. The product is used for the diagnosis of malignant diseases.

A process for an in vitro determination of the immunization status of cells of human beings and animals by measuring in an electric field the changed mobility of charged indicator particles which have been treated with a medium of lymphocytes incubated with a synthetic peptide of high basicity.

An in vitro method for the diagnosis of immunization states which involves measuring, in an electric field, the changed mobility of charged indicator particles, other than macrophages, which particles have been treated with (1) a suspension of lymphocytes that have been incubated with an antigen or (2) the cell-free supernatant of such a suspension of incubated lymphocytes.
