The disclosure relates to a valve assembly, comprising a valve body, in which a fluid channel is formed that connects a fluid inlet to a fluid outlet, wherein a preload force is applied to a closing body, which is movably mounted in the fluid channel, in the direction of a valve seat formed in the valve body, a fluid force acting on the closing body against the preload force in order to open the valve seat. The closing body is guided axially and/or radially by at least one guide ball, the guide ball being arranged between the closing body and a lateral boundary of the fluid channel.

Valve assembly

A hydraulic braking system for a vehicle includes a master brake cylinder, a hydraulic unit and a plurality of wheel brakes, the hydraulic unit including at least one brake circuit for brake pressure modulation in the wheel brakes. A bistable solenoid valve is associated with at least one wheel brake, which valve is looped into the corresponding fluid channel, immediately upstream of the associated wheel brake, and in a de-energized open position enables brake pressure modulation in the associated wheel brake, and in a de-energized closed position seals a current brake pressure in the associated wheel brake, wherein a hydraulic force brought about by the sealed-in brake pressure acts in a seat-opening manner in the corresponding bistable solenoid valve.

A bistable solenoid valve for a hydraulic brake system, includes a guide sleeve, in which an upper and a lower non-moving pole core are arranged fixedly and a closing element is arranged movably, wherein the closing element penetrates into a valve seat during a closing movement and lifts up from the valve seat during an opening movement. The closing element is connected fixedly to a permanent magnet, wherein the permanent magnet is positioned between the lower and the upper pole core. A coil group is positioned around the guide sleeve and substantially encloses the guide sleeve. The coil group includes at least two coils, wherein the coil group is configured in such a way that an actuation of a movement of the closing element takes place by means of an activation of the at least two coils.

A bistable solenoid valve for a hydraulic brake system has a guide sleeve in which an upper immovable pole core is fixedly arranged and a closing element is displaceably arranged. The closing element is forced into a valve seat during a closing movement and lifts off from the valve seat during an opening movement, and is fixedly connected to a magnet assembly. An actuation of the movement of the closing element is performed by the magnet assembly via a coil positioned around and substantially surrounding the guide sleeve. A lower immovable pole core is fixedly arranged in the guide sleeve and the magnet assembly is positioned between the lower and the upper pole core.

In a solenoid valve for a hydraulic braking system, a valve body has a receiving region which at least partially accommodates a guide assembly, the valve armature running axially through at least one through-opening of the guide assembly. A mechanical detent device is formed between the guide assembly and the valve armature, the detent device releasing the valve armature when the latter is in a de-energised closed position, such that the restoring spring drives the valve armature and pushes the closing element sealingly into the valve seat to produce a sealing function, and said detent device fixes the valve armature in a de-energised open position against the force of the restoring spring in an axial detent position, such that the closing element is raised from the valve seat.

In a solenoid valve for a hydraulic braking system, a mechanical locking device is formed between a guide assembly and a valve armature or tappet. The mechanical locking device releases the valve armature or the tappet in a currentless closed position such that the restoring spring drives the valve armature and presses the closing element into the valve seat to seal and fastens the valve armature or the tappet in a currentless open position against the force of the restoring spring in an axial locking position such that the closing element lifts from the valve seat. An adjustable magnetic valve includes a magnet assembly and a guide sleeve in which a static component is arranged fixedly and a valve armature is arranged so as to be axially displaceable therein. The magnet assembly is pushed onto the static component and the guide sleeve. The static component forms an axial stop for the valve armature, which either forces a closing element into a valve seat or lifts the closing element from the valve seat depending on the direction in which the valve armature is driven. The valve armature and the static component are each formed as plastic components. The valve armature has a magnet receptacle that receives a permanent magnet, which is polarized in terms of its movement direction such that the permanent magnet is arranged within the magnet assembly regardless of the armature stroke.

An injector system which is in particular used as an injector block for fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing, spark-ignited internal combustion engines includes a fuel distribution rail, a counter bracket, a first injector, and at least one second injector. Here, the counter bracket has a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece. The first injector is joined to the counter bracket on an input side of the first connecting piece with the aid of an elastic sealing ring. The second injector is joined to the counter bracket on an input side of the second connecting piece with the aid of an elastic sealing ring. In this case, the counter bracket is connected to the fuel distribution rail. The fuel distribution rail is used for distributing compressed natural gas to the injectors. The injector system has a compact design.

The end face of the armature facing the pole core is configured to be at least substantially convex, and the end face of the pole core facing the armature is configured to be at least substantially concave. A braking system includes the solenoid valve.

Solenoid valve, braking system

A solenoid device includes a magnet armature and an armature counterpiece which is arranged at the end of the magnet armature. The magnet armature and the armature counterpiece are movable in relation to one another and an air gap is provided between a magnet armature end face and an armature counterpiece end face. The air gap creates a magnetic series path of the solenoid device. A disc is composed of a magnetizable material and is arranged in the air gap. The disc is configured to make physical contact with the magnetic armature end face and the armature counterpiece end face at least in regions. A magnetic shunt path is present when the magnetic armature and the armature counterpiece are in at least one position relative to one another. The magnetic shunt path runs across the disc at least in regions. The series path has a lower reluctance than the shunt path which runs across the disc when the magnet armature and the armature counterpiece are in the at least one position relative to one another.
