The present invention relates to a system for dispensing liquid mixtures, having a main stream line for passage of a main stream of a carrier liquid, a secondary stream line, which branches off from the main stream line at a first junction and leads back into the main stream line at a second junction, and at least one tank for accommodating a mixture component, the tank having a discharge opening connected to the secondary stream line. The system tank includes a metering pump for delivering the mixture component located in the tank through the discharge line into the secondary stream line and the system comprises a drive unit which is coupled detachably to the metering pump to drive the metering pump. The invention further relates to a method of using the above-stated system and to use of the system to dispense a plant protection product.

System and method for applying liquid mixtures

The present invention relates to a system for delivering an agricultural formulation, having a container () for holding the agricultural formulation, the container () having a removal opening (), a delivery unit (), securely fastened in or to the container (), for delivering the agricultural formulation located in the container () through the removal opening (). The system also comprises a drive unit which, in order to drive the delivery unit (), separately from the delivery unit (), is coupled detachably to the delivery unit (), wherein the drive unit has a hydraulic unit (), which comprises a cylinder chamber (), a piston () that is movable back and forth in the cylinder chamber (), and an outlet opening () for a hydraulic fluid, and has a hydraulic line () which is coupled to the outlet opening () and able to be coupled to the delivery unit (). In the system according to the invention, the hydraulic fluid is water or rapidly biodegradable. Furthermore, the hydraulic unit has a further cylinder chamber for driving the piston by means of a further hydraulic fluid. The invention also relates to a method for delivering an agricultural formulation.

System and method for conveying an agricultural formulation

The invention relates to a metering pump having a hydraulic drive () for supplying a hydraulic fluid under pressure. The metering pump furthermore comprises a housing () and an oscillating piston (), which is accommodated in the housing () in such a way that at least a first and a second hydraulic chamber (--) and a first (-) and a second delivery chamber (-) are formed, wherein the oscillating piston () has at least a first driving surface (-) in the first hydraulic chamber (-) and at least a second driving surface (-) in the second hydraulic chamber (-), and the hydraulic chambers (--) communicate with the hydraulic drive, thus enabling the oscillating piston () to be moved backward and forward between a first and a second position by the hydraulic fluid, wherein, during the movement from the first to the second position, the volume of the first delivery chamber (-) is enlarged and the volume of the second delivery chamber (-) is reduced and, during the movement from the second to the first position, the volume of the second delivery chamber (-) is enlarged and the volume of the first delivery chamber (-) is reduced. The invention furthermore relates to a metering system for mixing two fluids and a metering system for metering at least one fluid.

The present invention relates to an arrangement for detecting a delivery volume and/or a delivery flow, with a discontinuously operating pump (), at least one outlet line () and/or one inlet line (--) and a passive valve (--), which is arranged in the outlet line () or the inlet line (--) and which has a valve seat (--) and a valve head (--), the valve (--) being closed in a first position of the valve head (--) and being open in a second position of the valve head (--) of the valve (--). An active compound supply system for a spraying device for spraying liquids, in particular for agricultural purposes, includes a carrier liquid tank, a carrier liquid pump, a plurality of spray nozzles and a carrier liquid line for connecting the carrier liquid tank, the carrier liquid pump and the spray nozzles. The system provides at least one active compound preliminary container, at least one metering pump for feeding active compound into the carrier liquid and an active compound forward-flow line from the active compound preliminary container to the metering pump.
