Valve battery for gaseous fluids

A base-plate body (1a) which has a polygonal outer contour (2) with a plurality of electrically actuatable continuous valves (6), which have a diameter which is less than the thickness of the base-plate body (1a). A pressure-fluid connection (P) and pressure-fluid outlet connections (A1, A2) are provided on the base-plate narrow sides (10). The continuous valves (6), include outlets (15) each, of which is connected to a pressure-fluid outlet connection (A1, A2). The outlets (15) are also in communication with a respective pressure sensor (16); and the electric connecting lines (18, 19) of the electromagnets (7) and the pressure sensors (16) are conducted to the central signal connection (12).

Valve base plate assembly

A solenoid valve, particularly a built-in valve, having a valve housing which is provided on the end surface facing away from the installation side with means for the connection of electric lines which are outside the valve housing. The valve housing (6) is further provided with at least one electrically conductive contact track (3, 3') of the shape of a circular disc which is insulated from the valve housing and is electrically connected within the housing with the magnet (4), and a cup-shaped cover (2) can be placed over the end of the valve housing (1) having a contact track (3, 3'), the cover being provided on its inside on the bottom with at least one contacting element (5, 5') which engages under spring action with the corresponding contact track, the contacting element being electrically connected to electric lines (16) which are external to the housing.

A manipulating device includes a gripper (11) for gripping workpieces (19) by way of a negative pressure. A suction pump for generating and feeding the negative pressure as well as at least one valve (24) are disposed in a casing (14). The casing is connected with the suction gripper (11). The negative pressure can be applied to the suction gripper (11) by means of the valve (24).

A belt-driven rotary drive having a belt closed upon itself which is connected, within a pressure fluid-tight housing over roller-shaped bodies with the formation of movable pressure chambers, to a rotatable shaft which is extended out of the housing and the movable pressure chambers can be acted on by pressure fluid. In order further to develop a belt-driven rotary drive of this type in such a manner that the sealing action and the friction caused thereby can always be adjusted in simple manner from the outside, it is proposed that the closed belt (1) be adapted to be pressed on itself over a part of its length, with the formation of two pressure chambers which are pressure fluid-tight from each other, by a static pressing member which acts in the direction towards one of the roller-shaped bodies and that the pressing member be functionally connected for the adjustment of the pressing force with an adjusting device which is adjustable from the outside.

A manipulating apparatus includes a first linear axis element (X), comprising two parallel individual axis elements (20a, 20b). The first linear axis element (X) includes a double slider (25, 27). The double slider runs on the profiles of the two individual axis elements (20a, 20b). The double slider is coupled with a drive means of the one individual axis element and runs without drive means on the profile of the other individual axis element. This manipulating apparatus permits the largest possible number of motion possibilities and motion processes along several coordinate directions within a smallest possible space.

A linear unit (10) is provided with a cylinder (50) and a pressure-fluid actuated piston (52). The piston (52) runs in a borehole (51) of the cylinder (50). A slider (55) runs at the cylinder (50). A band (53) connects the piston (52) to the slider (55) and leads via deflection structure (54a, 54b) at the heads (11a, 11b) of the cylinder (50). Valves (15a, 15b) are screwed into the cylinder heads (11a, 11b) for feeding a pressure fluid to and discharging a pressure fluid from the borehole on two sides of the piston (52). The linear unit (10) provides an increased liberty of direction in a position-mounting of the linear cylinder heads (11a, 11b) and of the linear unit with valves (15a, 15b) as well as in the positioning of the connection terminal pieces. The linear unit (10) is flexible and is of modular construction and allows different types of device components to be flanged in the same position.

Linear unit

A linear servo drive comprises substantially a drive section (29) and a ciage (30) running on the latter. The carriage (30) is seated on the drive section (29) via a roller bearing consisting of guide strips (36) extending in the axial direction and coacting with rollers (37, 37a to 37c). In order to increase the mechanical loading capacity of the drive section and, thus, of the entire drive and to reduce at the same time its weight, the drive section (29) is given a radial cross-section exhibiting flange-like end portions (34) extending in a star-like pattern from a central area (32) and provided with surface portions which extend in an approximately radial direction and which define the plane of the roller bearing.

Electropneumatic pilot or anticipatory control stage for a pneumatic servo valve includes a nozzle impact plate system, with an impact plate (9,23) controlled by a plunger coil (7) by the input of electric signals. Openings (58,61,62) are arranged in a diaphragm spring disk (10) serving as carrier element for the plunger coil (7), as well as in the front flange (65) of the coil body (8), these openings (58,61,62) guide a flow of air (64) passing through a measuring nozzle (22) of the valve main stage (2) into the pilot control state (1) through a magnetic gap or space (66,67) about the plunger coil (7) and conduct the air into the atmosphere via exhaust ducts (63). By means of the work medium inherent to the servo valve, a permanent cooling of the plunger coil (7) is effected. The automatic control valve affords miniaturization and the improvement of the valve dynamics for better integration in pneumatic drives.

Electropneumatic pilot control stage for a pneumatic servo valve

Electropneumatic servo valve for controlling a volume current or a pressure, respectively. The subject matter of the invention relates to a two-stage, electropneumatic servo valve for controlling a volume current. The servo valve (1, 2) consists of an electromechanically controllable preliminary control stage (1), by means of which electric control signals are converted into pneumatic control pressure in a control air space (29) between the preliminary control stage (1) and a valve main stage (2) with a nozzle impact plate system (22, 9). The variably controllable control air pressure in the control air space (29) serves as actuating force for positioning a control piston (54) in the valve main stage (2), on the basis of which a proportional volume current can be adjusted at an operating output (A). The electropneumatic servo valve (1, 2) serves to convert electric control signals of low power for controlling a relatively large volume current for the operation of pneumatic drives.
