A pneumatic shifting force assistance device for a manual transmission is provided, comprising a housing structure having a compressed air inlet, ventilation, control rod, and an output unit comprising a working piston defining two pneumatic working chambers. A valve arrangement is provided between the control rod and output unit, bringing about a pneumatic sequential control from the outlet unit to the control rod by acting on the working chambers. The valve arrangement comprises two piston structures, two annular sealing edges, two valve slides which interact with the sealing edges, and two valve seats. At least one piston structure/valve slide pair is paired with a throttle device such that a throttle seal arranged on the output unit interacts with a throttle passage arranged on the corresponding valve slide or piston structure, where the effective cross-sectional area of the throttle passage depends on the position of the component within the throttle passage.

Pneumatic shifting-force assistance device

A pneumatic shifting force supporting device for a gearbox comprises a housing structure having a compressed air inlet and an air vent, and a control rod and an output unit comprising a working piston defining two pneumatic working chambers. A valve arrangement is functionally provided between control rod and output unit. By acting on the two pneumatic working chambers, the valve arrangement causes a pneumatic follow-up control from the output unit to the control rod comprising two valve pistons, annular sealing edges, valve spools and valve seats. A throttle slide is associated with at least one of the valve pistons and is slidable relative thereto. The throttle slide has a closing edge co-operating with the respective associated valve seat and delimiting at least one throttle passage, the cross-sectional area of which depends on the relative position of the throttle slide with respect to the associated valve piston.

Pneumatic shifting force supporting device

A brake pad holder of a disc brake, in particular for a commercial vehicle is provided, wherein brake pads assigned to both sides of a brake disc are held by a respective pad-holding spring in a spring-loaded manner in a pad shaft of a positionally fixed brake anchor plate or of a brake caliper. A pad-holding clip, which extends in the axial direction of the brake disc and is fastened to the brake caliper, is supported on the brake pads. The brake pad holder is designed such that the pad-holding clip has at least one limb which extends approximately radially with respect to the brake disc and enters into a recess of at least one brake pad.

An optimized disc brake includes two fixed mountings and one free mounting, and an assembly space optimized brake carrier and corresponding brake lining for a reaction side of the disc brake are provided.

The invention relates to an adjusting device of a disk brake, in particular a pneumatically actuatable disk brake. The adjusting device is in embodied in such a manner that it can rotate at least one rotatable spindle which acts upon at least one pressure piece on the brake lining and which comprises an output toothing arrangement. The output toothing arrangement comprises at least one tooth which engages in a groove of the rotatable spindle. The invention is characterized in that the output toothing arrangement and/or the groove are embodied in such a manner that they can be elastically compressed.

Adjusting device for pneumatically actuatable disk brakes and disk brakes

A disk brake, especially for a commercial vehicle, comprising a brake caliper () which is fixed on a brake carrier () of the commercial vehicle by means of two fixing elements such that it is axially displaceable in relation to the disk brake () whereby one fixing element is embodied as a fixed bearing () and the other fixing element is embodied as a loose bearing () with a sliding bushing () inserted into a bore of the brake caliper (), whereby the inner or outer contour thereof deviates from that of a circle, whereby a guide bar (), having for example a round cross-section, is guided in the sliding bushing (). The sliding bushing () of the loose bearing () is provided with at least one securing element () which, when the sliding bushing () is mounted in a precise position, fixes the sliding bushing and is inserted into a recess () of the bore.

Disc brake for utility vehicles

A disc brake, particularly for utility vehicles, including a caliper that straddles at least some outer circumferential sections of a brake disc. A device for applying the brake is disposed entirely, or in part, in the caliper. A wear adjusting system is arranged in the caliper and is used for adjusting the lifting clearance between the brake pads and the brake disc. The wear adjusting system is provided with at least one adjusting device in the form of a rotary mechanism. A recharageable energy accumulator, such as a flat coil spring, is provided as a drive unit for the rotary mechanism.

The invention relates to a disc brake, particularly for a goods vehicle, comprising a brake caliper, which has a brake disc that can be brought into active contact with brake shoes and which can be fixed to a brake support in a manner that enables it to be axially displaced relative to the brake disc. The inventive disc brake also comprises a closure plate, which closes the brake caliper on the side facing the brake disc, and comprises a removable retainer, which is fixed relative to the brake caliper and on which springs acting upon the outer edges of the brake shoes are supported. The disc brake is designed in such a manner that a fixing device is provided in the closure plate, and the facing end of the retainer lies inside the fixing device while being held in a direction of loading.

The invention relates to a disc brake, especially for a utility vehicle, said disc brake comprising a caliper which is provided with a brake disc able to interact with brake linings and is fixed to a brake anchor plate in such a way that it can be axially displaced in relation to the brake disc. To this end, guiding struts on which the caliper is guided are fixed to the brake anchor plate, each guiding strut being enveloped by bellows fixed on both sides, in the region formed between the caliper and the brake anchor plate. The inventive disc brake is embodied in such a way that the peripheral head regions of the folds of the bellows facing the guiding strut have a peripheral contour deviating from the circumference of the guiding strut.

The invention relates to a disk brake, in particular for a utility vehicle, comprising a brake caliper that encompasses a brake disk. The caliper is fixed to a brake support of the utility vehicle by means of fixing elements and can be axially displaced in relation to the brake disk. One fixing element is configured as a fixed bearing and the other as a floating bearing. The disk brake is configured in such a way that the floating bearing consists of a guide bush, part of which have a different wall thickness and in which a bearing bolt with a circular cross-section is guided, or a guide bush with an even wall thickness, in which a bearing bolt with an oval cross-section is guided.
