A method is provided for processing an organic oil in steps, including the following: A) providing a raw oil; B) degumming the raw oil by adding water or acid to the raw oil and forming at least two phases, an aqueous phase and an oil phase, and separating the aqueous phase enriched in phospholipid from the oil phase; C) adding sodium hydrogencarbonate and/or sodium acetate to the oil phase from step B, and removing alkaline-earth compounds and/or phospholipids and/or stearyl glycosides, in solution or suspension in an aqueous phase, from the oil phase.

Method and device for processing an organic oil in steps

A method for acquiring at least one or a plurality of recyclable materials, in particular phytic acid, from a native material quantity containing phytic acid or phytate is provided. The method involves providing a native, reduced material quantity containing phytic acid and/or phytate made from seeds containing phytic acid. The reduced material quantity is pre-treated in order to obtain a flowable alkaline, preferably alcoholic-alkaline mash. A solid phase, which has phytic acid and/or at least one phytate, is separated from the mash. Phytic acid and/or at least one phytate is isolated from the solid phase.

Method for obtaining valuable products, in particular proteins, from a native mixture of materials

A process of reducing the cholesterol content in cholesterol-containing organic oils or fats, particularly animal oils or fats. The process comprises the steps of: adding at least one of demineralized water and distilled water having a set pH-value to the oil cholesterol containing oils or fats, thereby forming a mixture; and separating the mixture into a cholesterol-containing aqueous phase and a cholesterol-reduced oil or fat phase.
