The device () includes, for said or each release member (), a seal body () having an angular extent strictly less than 360&#xb0; around the longitudinal axis (Y-Y&#x2032;), the seal body () being releasably attached onto the release member () so as to be released from the release member ().

Device for placing a seal around an implant in a blood vessel, and associated treatment kit

A device () for treating a blood circulation conduit is provided. The device () includes an implant () intended to be placed in the conduit (). The implant includes a tubular endoprosthesis () and an insertion member (). The device () includes a tool () for deploying the implant (), able to occupy a configuration for introducing the implant () into the conduit. It includes an actuation member () of the insertion member (), able to be actuated from a proximal end (A) of the deploying tool () in order to have the insertion member () pass from an inactive position to an active position. The insertion member () is freely movable with respect to the endoprosthesis () between its inactive position and its active position.

Device for treating a blood circulation conduit

A device () for placing a seal around an implant in a blood circulation passage is provided. The device includes a hollow sheath having a longitudinal axis, and at least one releaser, deployable relative to the sheath is provided. The device () includes, for the or each releaser, a sealing body () releasably fastened on that releaser, the sealing body () having an angular span smaller than 360&#xb0; around the longitudinal axis, and a filiform link () connecting at least one releaser to another releaser and/or to the controller () positioned in the sheath, the filiform link () being deformable between a relaxed idle configuration and a stretched configuration limiting the radial movement of the sealing bodies ().

Device for placing a seal around an implant in a blood circulation passage, and associated treatment kit

A tubular prosthesis is radially deformable and includes a lattice that is deformable between a retracted state of small diameter and an expanded state of larger diameter. The prosthesis includes at least two outer hooks delimiting between them a clamp for engaging in an outer tissue. The two hooks are carried by the lattice and can be moved between a spaced-apart position in which the clamp is open and a closer-together position in which the clamp is closed. The prosthesis includes a guiding member for moving at least one of the hooks during deformation of the prosthesis. The guiding member delimits a guide passage in which at least one of the hooks is engaged.

Tubular prosthesis and associated kit

This device () includes an implant () which has a tubular endoprosthesis () with a radially deployable framework (). The implant () includes a flexible interposition member () mounted movably on the endoprosthesis () so as to be interposed between the outer surface () and a blood circulation conduit (). The device () includes a deployment tool () which can adopt a configuration for insertion of the implant () and a configuration for release of the implant (). In the configuration for insertion of the implant (), the flexible member () includes at least one free part () held axially away from the outer surface () in order to minimize the radial dimension of the implant (). The free part () is at least partly displaceable against the outer surface () when the tool () moves from its configuration for insertion to its configuration for release.

Prosthetic implant of the type comprising: a tubular support () of axis X, which can be deformed between a compressed state with a small diameter and a dilated state with a larger diameter, the tubular support comprising a lattice comprising rhombus-shaped meshes (), each mesh having a first diagonal () parallel to the axis X and a second diagonal () perpendicular to the axis X; and at least one resilient membrane (A,B) arranged inside the tubular support. The membrane comprises a fixing portion (), the fixing portion being fixed to a fixing section () delimited by a strand (A,B) of the tubular support, the fixing section being oriented substantially parallel to the axis X.
