Systems and methods for cooling datacenters

Techniques for mitigating loss of vaporized working fluid in a two-phase immersion cooling system may be implemented using one or more supplemental condensers that facilitate condensation of vaporized working fluid when the immersion tank is open, and one or more vapor collection points that are in fluid communication with at least one supplemental condenser. One or more fluid displacement devices may be configured to create suction pressure at the one or more vapor collection points. One or more vents may be positioned in the door. The one or more vents may be configured to permit movement of air from outside the immersion tank into an interior portion of the immersion tank without permitting loss of vaporized working fluid. A directional blowing device may be configured to blow a gaseous substance against a computing device in a downward direction as the computing device is being pulled upward out of the immersion tank.

Mitigating vapor loss in a two-phase immersion cooling system

A system for efficiently interconnecting computing nodes can include a plurality of computing nodes and a plurality of network switches coupled in parallel to the plurality of computing nodes. The system can also include a plurality of node interfaces. Each computing node among the plurality of computing nodes can include at least one node interface for each network switch among the plurality of network switches. The plurality of node interfaces corresponding to a computing node can be configured to send data to another computing node via the plurality of network switches. The system can also include a plurality of switch interfaces. Each network switch among the plurality of network switches can include at least one switch interface for each computing node among the plurality of computing nodes. A switch interface corresponding to the computing node can be coupled to a node interface corresponding to the computing node.

The motherboard assembly additionally comprises a second computing component attached to the motherboard and positioned outside of the hermetically sealed enclosure.

An example system includes a quantum information system configured to provide a signal corresponding to at least one qubit. The system further includes a magneto-optical driver configured to receive the signal corresponding to the at least one qubit and process the signal to generate a current based on the signal corresponding to the at least one qubit. The system further includes a magneto-optical modulator configured to receive the current from the magneto-optical driver and provide a modulated light output by modulating a received light input based on the current.

Using free-space optics to interconnect a plurality of computing nodes

The discussion relates to disaggregated computing. One example can monitor multiple two-phase liquid immersion tanks. Individual two-phase liquid immersion tanks can contain multiple components of a single type of component type. The example can receive requests for virtual machines and allocate sets of components from individual two-phase liquid immersion tanks to work together to support the virtual machines requests.
