In a method for producing a plurality of concrete cast elements of prestressed concrete, in particular for producing of railway sleepers, in a long bed which is a multiple of the length of a concrete cast element, in which separating elements are installed in the long bed to define the length of each of the concrete cast elements to be casted, a first and a second separating element for defining the length of a concrete cast element together with a tensioning device with tensioning elements for tensioning the concrete cast element between the two separating elements are mounted in the long bed, whereupon the concrete cast element is cast between the two separating elements and is at least partially hardened in the long bed.

Method of producing a plurality of concrete cast elements

A railroad tie having a compact design for a fixed track with an overlay of asphalt of the Getrac A3 construction with a dowel stone which is inserted in a recess and which protrudes downward into engagement with a cavity pocket of the asphalt track. The railroad tie is constructed as a double railroad tie which forms only a narrow gap with the adjacent railroad tie in order to make radial laying (curve) possible and which is provided in the region of the dowel stone on the underside with lateral constrictions so that the cavity pockets can be filled subsequently.

Trackway for land traffic vehicles, preferably for magnetic levitation tracks, with pre-assembled trackway beams arranged on substructures produced by in situ concrete construction or pre-assembled construction. The trackway beams include one or more hollow, reinforced longitudinal pre-stressed concrete beams and trackway panels, which extend transversely to the pavement and protrude on both sides beyond the pre-stressed concrete beams. The trackway panels are separate components from the concrete beams. The concrete beams are constructed as pre-stressed concrete supporting pipes produced by molding concrete by centrifugal action and have flat upper supporting shoulders for supporting the trackway panels.

A method for a variable manufacture of concrete railroad ties, with or without prestressed reinforcement, is provided wherein molds are cleaned in a preparation station and provided with the reinforcements, and are subsequently filled with concrete in a concreting and shaking station. Then the railroad ties are cured by a heat treatment. All railroad ties are produced in multiple molds, preferably in quadruple molds having identical dimensions, and the heat treatment is carried out in heating chambers. The heating chambers are loaded and unloaded with the concrete-filled molds by means of a shelf servicing device, which also supplies the molds to a stress relieving and emptying station which leads to the preparation station. Furthere provided is an apparatus for implementing this method.

Method for the variable manufacture of concrete railroad ties

A method for installing a steady rail track, for which the concrete railroad ties, which carry the rails or auxiliary rails and the continuous reinforcement of which protrudes below out of the only partially constructed concrete casing, are preinstalled initially into a rail grid and subsequently lined up positionally over a supporting layer and embedded in a casting composition, the rail grid, with interposing of a supporting reinforcement, which is optionally tied to the underside of the railroad tie reinforcement, being aligned directly over a hydraulically bound supporting layer and the casting composition, preferably using movable, removable side formwork, is applied on the hydraulically bound supporting layer.

Method for installing a steady rail track

A method for installing a permanent railroad track, for which the concrete railroad ties, carrying the tracks, are lined up positionally in a concrete trough and embedded in a casting compound with embedment in longitudinal reinforcements, in that, to begin with, the tracks with the railroad ties are pre-assembled into a track lattice, which is lined up with the upper edge of the rails and subsequently cast, 2-block concrete railroad ties with two reinforced individual blocks being used, the reinforcement comprising essentially structural steel rods, which run essentially parallel to the axis of the railroad ties, are connected by axially spaced-apart shackles into a reinforcing cage and extend continuously as connecting rods through both individual blocks, at least some protruding beyond the outer end surfaces of the individual blocks and the longitudinal reinforcements, which were previously placed loosely in the concrete trough, being raised and connected with the connecting rods and with the ends of the structural steel rods protruding on the outside, as well as a track-regulating gantry for implementing the installation method.
