A rolling boot that has improved stability especially at increased rotational speeds comprises a first fastening region, a second fastening region, a transition region adjacent to the first fastening region, as well as a diaphragm region adjoining the transition region, and at least on peripheral reinforcement fin is arranged on an external side of the transition region.

A boot is provided in which the formation of an internal pressure inside the boot during assembly is prevented. The boot has a first fastening region and a first diameter and having a second fastening region with a second diameter, wherein the first diameter is smaller than the second diameter, and wherein the first fastening region comprises a binder seat region on its outer circumference, wherein at an inner circumference of the first fastening region at least one first and at least one second aerating means are arranged axially spaced from each other at the inner circumference which is formed with a flat surface, and protrude beyond said surface of the inner circumference.

A rolling boot comprises a first fastening region for fastening the boot to a joint casing, a second fastening region for fastening the boot to a shaft, and a fold region between the first and the second fastening region with a first fold near to the first fastening region and a second fold near to the second fastening region. The boot further comprises, between the first fastening region and the first fold, a first transition region comprising a first flange neighboring the first fastening region with a bottom. A ratio between a first minimal diameter D, defined by the bottom of the first flange of the first transition region, and a second maximal diameter D, defined by the first fold, where both are viewed in a longitudinal section direction along the main axis, is between approximately 1:1.01 to approximately 1:1.25.
