Methods of processing incoming telephone calls include receiving an incoming telephone call from a caller, identifying the caller associated with the incoming telephone call, and processing the incoming call in response to a call handling rule generated in response to a menu selection made in a previous incoming call from the caller. Processing the incoming call in response to the generated call handling rule may include playing an interactive voice response menu to the incoming caller. The interactive voice response menu may include at least one menu option included in the interactive voice response menu in response to the call handling rule. Corresponding call handling units and computer program products are also provided.

Adaptive incoming call processing

An end assembly for a tape rule is disclosed. This end assembly has a hooking member for attachment to a free end of the tape rule. The hooking member includes a plate section, an elbow section, and an abutment section. The plate section is for longitudinal alignment along the free end of the tape rule. The elbow section upwardly curves from the plate section to the abutment section. The abutment section downwardly curves to a substantially perpendicular orientation to the plate section, and the abutment section downwardly extends below the tape rule. The hooking member is positioned to an article to be measured, and the abutment section contacts and frictionally engages an edge of the article.

End assembly for tape rule

A wire protector for protecting a wire during mounting of the wire on a mounting surface includes a retaining member configured to engage the wire. The retaining member includes a top portion and first and second arms extending generally perpendicularly from the top portion. Junctures between the top portion and the first and second arms are arcuate to engage the wire therein. At least one securing member is connected with the retaining member and adapted to position the retaining member on the surface.
