A reactor intended to carry out partial oxidation reactions starting from liquid feedstocks that can go from GPL to gas oil for the purpose of producing synthesis gas is characterized by finely controlled hydrodynamics and a high degree of thermal integration, and comprises an elongated jacket along an axis of any orientation, means () for supplying a preheated gas that contains oxygen and optionally water vapor, means () for supplying a hydrocarbon feedstock, means () for evacuation of a hydrogen-rich effluent, a first internal chamber () inside of which is carried out an essentially isothermal partial oxidation reaction that is connected to means () for supplying the hydrocarbon feedstock and to means () for supplying preheated gas, gas turbulizing means that are suitable for creating a perfect mixing flow, means () for linking first chamber () to a second chamber () with a suitable volume for carrying out a piston flow, linking means () that comprise at least one orifice, and second chamber () exchanging heat in an indirect manner over at least a portion of its length with means () for supplying said thus preheated gas, whereby the second chamber is connected to said means () for evacuating the hydrogen-rich effluent, and in which gas supply means () comprise an annular chamber that is essentially coaxial with the reactor jacket, and second chamber () is essentially coaxial with said jacket.

Partial oxidation reactor

The invention relates to a thermal generator comprising a furnace tube () wherein a fuel is burnt, recombustion means () for reducing the nitrogen oxides content present in said fumes and means () for recovering the heat of the fumes resulting from said combustion. The invention is characterized in that recombustion means () are arranged in containment means ().

The invention proposes a process and device for the at least partial elimination of carbon deposits in a heat exchanger in which an oxidation treatment is carried out comprising at least one controlled-oxidation stage at a conventional temperature between 400 and about 500&#xb0; C. for a period of at least 4 hours, by means of an oxidizing fluid comprising for the greater part an inert gas, and a lesser quantity of oxygen, under conditions such that the temperatures of the fluids feeding or leaving the heat exchanger remain below about 520&#xb0; C. throughout the oxidation treatment, and in that the hot approach of the exchanger remains below about 120&#xb0; C. throughout the oxidation treatment. The invention also relates to a hydrotreatment system for the implementation of this process and this device.
