When entering chat mode, three or more relative audio levels are individually adjusted to presets, allowing the wearer to hear ambient noise and their own isolated voice, while attenuating other audio sources. This user-configurable combination of levels temporarily adjust the mix of signals that will be output to a wearer via the stereo headphone speakers.

A mobile checkout system and method for completing a purchase transaction to purchase items from an internet merchant. A user browses and selects items for purchase from the merchant through a shopping application or browser (mobile or PC). During the processing of the transaction, a checkout application installed on a mobile communication device is launched. The checkout application receives a checkout token created by a checkout server that identifies the purchase transaction. After user authentication, the system uses this token and communicates with the checkout server to cause the checkout server to complete the purchase transaction, in which payment data is securely transmitted and wherein a one-time-use cryptogram can be part of the payment information.

Mobile checkout systems and methods

Devices, systems, and methods for securely converting a user's existing static payment card data into dynamic card data that can be authenticated by card issuers or by a stand-in service provider, such as a payment network or processor without requiring the card issuers to make infrastructure changes. The dynamic data can be provisioned onto a magnetic secure transmission device (MST) either directly from a card issuer or using a swiper type device. Devices, systems, and methods are also disclosed for securely provisioning a dynamic card onto the MST by the card issuer. These dynamic cards may be used to transmit modified one-time-use card track data from the MST to a point of sale using a dynamic-CVV methodology to provide higher levels of security during a transaction.

A headset includes a wearable body, first and second earphones extending from the wearable body, controls for controlling an external communication/multimedia device wirelessly, a microphone for picking up vocal data from a user of the headset system and a signal processing unit. The signal processing unit includes circuitry for processing the vocal data into a distinctly audible vocal feedback signal, circuitry for enhancing the vocal feedback signal thereby producing an enhanced vocal feedback signal and circuitry for mixing the enhanced vocal feedback signal with audio signals originating from the external communication/multimedia device, thereby producing a mixed output signal and then sending the mixed output signal to the user via the earphones.
