A hard disk drive tray for accommodating a hard disk drive is provided. The hard disk drive tray has a front frame. An elastic cantilever plate is extended from each of two ends of the front frames. The couple of elastic cantilever plates are arranged parallel with each other for clamping the hard disk drive between the couple of elastic cantilever plates. A lateral surface of each elastic cantilever plate is covered by a side case and an expansion fastening bolt for fastening the hard disk drive is arranged protruding from the other lateral surface of each elastic cantilever plate. The hard disk drive is clamped by, the elastic cantilever plates, a simplified structure of the hard disk drive tray. The elastic cantilever plate is covered by the side case and thereby reinforced.

A server apparatus with a horizontal push-pull operating structure includes a chassis having a base plate and chassis plates with guiding slots; a carrying tray on the base plate and inserted into the chassis plates, the carrying tray having carrying board and side boards having sliding slots formed corresponding to the guiding slots; and an operating structure having a moving arm with a gear rack thereon and a gear sector clamped between the moving arm and the side board and having an addendum engaged with the gear rack and a sliding column inserted into the sliding and guiding slots. When the moving arm is horizontally pushed/pulled relative to the side boards, the gear rack drives the gear sector to rotate, and the sliding column moves inside the sliding slot and drives the carrying tray to move in/out of the base plate respectively under guidance of the guiding slot.

An air guide cover fixed on a motherboard having slot connectors and main coolers. The air guide cover includes an air guide body and a clip assembly. The air guide body covers the slot connectors correspondingly. The clip assembly has a first U-clip and a second U-clip, both of which connected to the air guide body. The first U-clip and the second U-clip are individually snapped and fixed to the clips of the slot connectors and the fixtures of the main coolers, respectively. In this way, the air guide cover can be fixed on the motherboard without using fasteners, like screws, such that savings in time and effort are achieved.

A hard drive module includes a hard drive and a hard drive removable enclosure. The hard drive includes a bottom surface having a first securement hole formed to indent inward thereon and a lateral surface having a second securement hole formed to indent inward thereon. The second securement hole is fluidly connected to the first securement hole. The bottom surface of the hard drive is received on a carrier plate. A primary positioning pin penetrates into the first securement hole from the bottom surface of the hard drive. A hook penetrates into the second securement hole from the internal of the first securement hole. Accordingly, by using the primary positioning pin with its rear end formed of the hook thereon for securing the hard drive, the hard drive can be installed and secured inside the hard drive removable enclosure without the use of any tools.

A server structure includes a tray, a carrier and a releasing knob. The tray has an internal bottom surface, and a latch and a stopping arm are arranged thereon. The latch protrudes in the tray and parallel with the internal bottom surface. The stopping arm extends along the internal bottom surface and a stopping portion is defined thereon. The stopping portion protrudes from the internal bottom surface. The carrier for accommodating a hard disk drive is accommodated in the tray. A positioning pin for latching the hard disk drive protrudes in the carrier, a fixing hole is defined on the carrier, the latch is inserted in and latches the fixing hole, and the carrier is pressed by the stopping portion. The releasing knob is pivotally connected with the carrier and pressing the stopping arm and pivoting to press the stopping arm, and the stopping portion is thereby retracted.

A server with an airflow guiding structure includes a chassis having a storage area, a computing area and a fan module installed between the storage area and the computing area. The storage area includes multiple storage modules, and the computing area includes a fan module and a motherboard electrically coupled to each storage module. The fan module has an air inlet configured to be corresponding to the storage area, an air outlet configured to be corresponsive to the computing area and an airflow guiding component with multiple airflow guiding ducts. The airflow guiding component is configured to be corresponsive to the air inlet. Therefore, the vibration of the fan module is reduced and the operation efficiency of the storage medium and the service life of the server are improved.

A server having a removable storage structure is provided. The server includes a housing, a storage case and a handle structure. The housing includes a bottom plate, a first plate and a second plate. The first plate includes a guiding slot. The storage case is arranged between the first plate and the second plate. The storage case includes a support plate, a partition plate and a heat dissipating plate. The partition plate is in contact with the first plate and includes a sliding slot. The handle structure includes a first arm, a second arm, a handle, and a slide pin. The first arm is pivotally connected to the partition plate and includes a through hole. The second arm is pivotally connected to the second plate. The slide pin is inserted in the sliding slot and the guiding slot via the through hole.

Server equipment having a fool-proof structure includes a casing and a tray. The casing includes a storage unit area, a plurality of motherboard areas, a back plate, insertion slots and a fool-proof device. The fool-proof device selectively has an engagement member at a first height or an engagement member at a second height. The tray includes a motherboard, a connection card and a protection housing. When the protection housing is in contact with the engagement member at the first height, the connection card is correspondingly inserted into the insertion slot. When the protection housing is in contact with the engagement member at the second height, the connection card is spaced from the insertion slot by a distance. Accordingly, the connection card is prevented from being inserted to a wrong insertion slot, so damage to the connection card is avoided.

A clock pulse controller includes a test clock pulse input for receiving test clock pulses. A scan enable input receives a scan enable signal having a first state and a second state. A trigger pulse input receives a trigger pulse. A clock pulse output generates a launch clock pulse and a capture clock pulse from the test clock pulses immediately after receiving a predetermined number of the test clock pulses immediately following the trigger pulse. A delayed scan enable output generates a delayed scan enable signal that transitions from the first state to the second state between a leading edge of the launch clock pulse and a leading edge of the capture clock pulse.

An apparatus comprising a database, an input module and a software tool. The database may be configured to generate one or more database files representing a design of an integrated circuit (IC). The input module may be configured to generate one or more test structures to test predetermined portions of the design of an IC. The software tool may be configured to automatically generate test scripts to verify timing constraints of the one or more test structures.

Automatic generating of timing constraints for the validation/signoff of test structures

A test clocking scheme that separates the clock driving the functional logic and the memory from the clock driving the test logic and the memory. In other words, the test clocking scheme separates the memory functional clock from the memory test clock into two clock paths. The test clocking scheme provides for the ability to separately shut off either the memory functional clock source or the memory test clock source, provides that less power is required during production testing, and provides that simulation time is reduced during design verification because the functional logic is not clocked.

An embodiment of the method of testing data retention of memory comprises: writing first data to a first memory sub-group during a first time period; writing second data to a second memory sub-group during a second time period subsequent to said first time period; pausing for a predetermined time interval during a third time period subsequent to said second time period; reading a first one of said first and second data during a fourth time period subsequent to said third time period; reading a second one of said first and second data during a fifth time period subsequent to said fourth time period; and comparing said first and second ones of read data to expected results to determine data retention capabilities of said first and second memory sub-groups.

A method of testing a core module includes steps of: (a) providing a core module of an integrated circuit design; (b) connecting an end user input and a core module test input to separate I/O pins of the core module to isolate logic associated with an end user signal from that associated with a core module test signal; and (c) multiplexing the end user signal and the core module test signal in the core module in response to a core module test mode signal.
