Systems, devices, and methods for verifying mobile telematics with vehicle information can include receiving, from a mobile device, first trip information recorded by the mobile device during a trip undertaken by a connected vehicle; in response to receiving the first trip information from the mobile device, transmitting a request for second trip information stored on the connected vehicle; receiving the second trip information; and verifying that the mobile device was in the connected vehicle based on the first trip information and the second trip information. Methods include comparing mobile device telematics information with telematics information received from a vehicle to confirm that the telematics information accumulated by the mobile device corresponds to a vehicle and a trip.

Verifying mobile telematics with vehicle information

A method includes receiving, by a mobile device, a notification, executing, in response to receiving the notification, a data collection application over a time interval, and requesting, by the data collection application, sensor measurements from an operating system of the mobile device. The sensor measurements are collected prior to receiving the notification and before execution of the data collection application. The method also includes receiving, by the data collection application and from the operating system, a set of sensor measurements and transmitting, by the data collection application, the sensor measurements to a server during the time interval. The data collection application terminates upon expiration of the time interval.

Method and system for accessing historical sensor data without location services

A control for a solar-heating and ventillation-cooling air type solar system has temperature sensors, dual air distribution valves, valve actuators and a fan-integrated into a single module that is removably mounted together with a modular solar system enclosure. The control senses the interior space temperature and the exterior enviornment temperature, and determines and effects a solar system operating mode to provide a comfort function in all seasons. The control provides recirculation heating, direct heating, ventillation cooling and cool conservation, or variable combinations thereof.

Heating and cooling solar system control module

A modular space-heating solar system has integral air-handling controls which automatically select a heating mode, a venting mode, or a variable combination of the two, according to room temperature. This eliminates the potential capability of the solar system of over-heating the room, and maintains full air flow through the solar absorber so as to prevent damage and increase useful life of the system. Incorporation of the controls into the collector enclosure allows simple installation of this integrated solar system as a single unit complete with collecting, sensing, actuating and air-handling functions.
