Applicators, container assemblies, kits, and methods for delivery of controlled, defined doses of cosmetic compositions to an individual's skin, hair, or other body part. An applicator includes a head that is slidably affixed to a shaft. The shaft includes a piston that is slidably positioned within the head. The head also includes a bias member that biases the head toward a distal position relative to the piston. As the bias member is overcome, the head slides down the shaft and the piston enters the head toward a deeper position within the head to displace and discharge the cosmetic from the interior of the head through an aperture of the head and onto the portion of the body of the individual. The applicator can be used for delivery of defined dosages of a variety of cosmetic compositions, including compositions with a relatively higher viscosity.

Combination cosmetic dropper and applicator

A refillable cosmetic container system includes an outer container that can be closed by an optional lid, and an inner cosmetic holding canister that can be removably mounted within the container. A coupling system can be implemented to allow the outer container and the inner canister to be selectively coupled to each other, such as a lug-and-groove interface, latch and catch interface, etc. The coupling system may be configured such that rotation of the inner canister relative to the outer container causes the coupling/decoupling (e.g., locking/unlocking) between the outer container and the inner canister. To aid in selective coupling (e.g., coupling and decoupling) of the inner canister with respect to the outer container, a handle is provided on the inner container. A locking feature may be provided between the handle and the outer container which ensures that the inner canister does not prematurely or unnecessarily dislodge from the outer container.

Refillable cosmetic container

Cosmetic assemblies are movable between a resting state and a compressed state. The cosmetic assemblies include an applicator and an actuator. The applicator is at least partially formed of a compressible material that is biased toward the resting state, and the actuator is configured to actuate the applicator between the resting state and the compressed state. In the resting state, the applicator displaces a first volume and has a first outer dimension. In the compressed state, the applicator displaces a second volume that is less than the first volume, and the applicator has a second outer dimension that corresponds to and exceeds the first outer dimension.

The pad cleaner has a first surface bowed in the center which curves down from the center radially outward to the edges of the first surface. There are ridges or spikes extending normal to the second surface that are arranged in a pattern to produce a cleaning effect. The applicator can be refilled and re-used and is adjustable for different lengths of hair and hair styles. The tines or bristles can be replaced with foam applicators, sponges, or other surfaces for various applications, such as skincare, makeup or makeup removal.
