The present invention pertains a replacement liner () for insertion in a conveyor pan () of a chain type conveyor (), comprising a floor part () having a left connection surface () and a right connection surface (), a left side part () having a left side part connection surface () connectable to the left connection surface (), and a right side part () having a right side part connection surface () connectable to the right connection surface (). The connection surfaces () are configured to form, in a connected state, a form-fitted connection with their complementary connection surface (). The present invention further pertains to a conveyor pan (), a chain type conveyor () comprising such, a liner replacement method and a liner sheet.

A sprocket adapted to be used in a drive unit of a chain conveyor for underground mining applications is disclosed. The sprocket may have a cylindrical body. The cylindrical body may have a front face, an axis of rotation (A-A'), and a lateral surface. The sprocket may also have a scraping member provided on the front face. The scraping member may scrape off deposits during rotation of the sprocket.

The repair of holes in walls constructed of plaster core wallboard accomplished by installing clips around the periphery of the holes to retain patches as plaster is being applied. A hydraulic cushioning device, hereinafter called cushion device, improvement in which a spring loaded piston, with an axial orifice, is slidably installed in the expansion chamber, and when return pressure from a hydraulic actuator, hereinafter called actuator is routed to the expansion chamber, by the cushion device, the piston, responding to this pressure moves slowly compressing a spring until it hits a stop at which time the remaining fluid from the actuator must pass through the cushion device restriction thus slowing the actuator rod speed and as the actuator bottoms the cushion device will cease routing actuator fluid under pressure to the expansion chamber and will open the expansion chamber to drain at which time the spring, in the expansion chamber, will force the piston toward the starting end of the expansion chamber, hastening the emptying thereof.

A device for cushioning hydraulic actuators at the end of travel including a unique valve responsive to hydraulic pressure which, one when under system return pressure ports fluid to a chamber of less volume than the actuator cylinder and then through a line restriction for reduced fluid flow and the consequential slowing of the actuator and two when system pressure is off, drains the chamber for use during the next cycle.
