A system and method for delivering and licensing wager gaming content is described herein. In one embodiment, the system can include a wager gaming machine to receive gaming content, conduct wagering games based on the gaming content, and transmit information indicating how the wager gaming machine used the gaming content. The system can also include a download manager to receive the information indicating how the gaming content was used, and determine a fee for use of the gaming content.

Delivering and licensing wager gaming content

A method and system to provide user-configurable preferences and/or options for team play on a single gaming machine is disclosed. According to one embodiment, a computer-implemented gaming system comprises a memory device having stored thereon a gaming application that enables multiplayer, turn-based gameplay among one or more players. A computer-processing unit is operatively connected to the memory device and processes the gaming application to enable the one or more players to specify a condition for determining when a player's turn at gameplay ends. Processing the gaming application further includes determining that the condition is satisfied for a current player and generating a message to indicate that the current player's turn at gameplay is terminated. A display presents the generated message to the one or more players.

System and method to provide user-configurable preferences and/or options for team play on a single gaming machine

Disclosed is a gaming machine touch screen system incorporating a flat transparent or nearly transparent layer that contains a series of active elements/actuators/chambers that enable a vertical displacement of the touch screen top surface. These active elements displace the top surface of the touch screen upon command of the gaming machine to provide features perceptible to the player's touch.

Wagering game terminal and method of operating same are disclosed in which players collect symbols and/or symbol combinations that are indicative of a randomly selected outcome. The symbols and/or symbol combinations may be collected anytime they appear on the wagering game terminal, or they may be collected only if they appear in a certain manner or at a certain time. Players who manage to complete a predefined collection of symbols and/or symbol combinations are awarded a special event game, such as a bonus game, a jackpot, and the like. The players may carry over the symbols and/or symbol combinations they have collected across multiple gaming sessions and multiple gaming terminals. In this way, the players may retain the benefit of their previous gaming experiences.

A system and method for viewing and ordering wager gaming content utilizes a network server to provide an interface to a user coupled to the network. In one embodiment, the server is an Internet web based server, and the user is a thin client, using an Internet browser to view and select wager gaming content.
