An anchor frame for securely fastening a remote housing to a concrete pad, formed from one piece of sheet-metal to hold anchor bolts and wires in place when pouring a concrete pad for a remote enclosure, so that the bolts are properly aligned for attaching to the remote enclosure. The anchor frame speeds construction of concrete mounting pads for remote enclosures.

Remote enclosure anchor frame and installation method

A holder for holding polygonal shaped objects (i.e., printed circuit boards) and adapted to be slidably engaged with a rigid U-shaped enclosure, includes first and second integrally-formed frames and a mechanism for locking the frames into the U-shaped enclosure. The locking mechanism is integrally formed with the frames. A device mounted on the frames receives and holds the rectangular objects. The holder is easily inserted into and removed from the enclosure, allows efficient assembly and disassembly of the holder into and from the enclosure, and reduces the required number of pans and assembly/disassembly time in comparison to conventional holders.

Snap-in card guide

An interface housing which has a fiber spool to store slack in the fiber trunks and a card cage to interface the trunk mounted on the door of the housing. The door is hinged on one side of the housing so that, when the door swings open, the entire card cage and fiber spool are clear of the housing and readily accessible and releases the PCB lock. A ribbon connector connects the back plane of the card cage to an interface terminal board on the wall of the housing to which external wire-wrap and/or RJ48X connections may be made. Backup batteries in a tray are disposed along the bottom of the housing and secured in place with a cover. When the housing door swings shut, the fiber optic spool fits in front of back-up batteries in the tray and the card cage fits over the batteries.
