A goal frame for a goal apparatus, the goal frame including a crossbar member, a first and a second goalpost member, a support member, and a rotatable attachment member. Respective ends of the crossbar member are attached to, or are operable to attach to, a respective end of the first and second goal post members to form a goal face. The attachment of the respective end of the crossbar member to the end of the first goal post member forms a crossbar-goalpost corner portion of the goal face. The rotatable attachment member is attached to, or is operable to attach to, the goal face adjacent to the crossbar-goalpost corner portion. The rotatable attachment member is attached to, or is operable to attach to, an end of the support member. The rotatable attachment member is operable to rotate about the part of the goal face to which it is attached from a first position in which the attached support member extends outwardly from the goal face to a second position in which the attached support member extends along substantially the same plane as the goal face.

Foldable goal frame

Goal apparatus comprising a frame, a first pliable goalpost member, a second pliable goalpost member and a pliable crossbar member. The frame presents net connection points and is configured to support each of the pliable goal members in tension between two net connection points such that the goal apparatus presents a substantially rectangular goal mouth. A net for use in the goal apparatus comprising first, second and third edges, and a first pliable goalpost member, a second pliable goalpost member and a pliable crossbar member extending along the first, second and third edge respectively.

Goal apparatus

A portable and foldable shelter has a canopy frame with an arm hub adjacent to a top end of a canopy pole, and a sliding collar on the pole. The canopy frame also includes a plurality of arms with each arm having an outer arm segment attached to an inner arm segment via an arm hinge joint. The arm hinge joint may include a slider movable into a locking position where the inner and outer arm segments are rigidly fixed in a straight locked-out. A flexible cover is attached to or supported on canopy frame. The portable shelter is lightweight, highly compact when folded, easy to use, and easy carry.

Portable folding shelter

A portable shelter may be provided with ground assembly, flex poles, and a cover assembly. The ground assembly may include a ground sheet or pad having rigid elements, such as metal ground poles along opposite sides. The ground poles may extend through sleeves on the ground sheet. The ends of the flex poles can be attached to fittings on the ends of the ground poles, with the flex poles flexed into an arc when the shelter is set up. The cover assembly includes a flexible cover made for example of fabric effective at blocking sunlight. Flex pole attachment devices, such as snap-on clamp fittings, may be spaced apart along opposite ends of the cover for attaching the cover onto the flex poles. Ground pole attachment devices may be spaced apart along opposite sides of the cover for attaching the cover to the ground poles.
