A gearless binder has a main tube with internal threads at opposed open ends. The gearless binder has a pair of semicircular threaded shafts threadably received in the opposed open ends such that, when the shafts are connected by hooks to a chain and prevented from rotation, the rotation of the tube by a gearless mechanism causes the shafts to simultaneously move inward relative to the tube increasing tension on the opposed hooks to secure a load. A spring disposed around the tube provides a gripping force on the tube to allow for rotation of the tube in a first direction to cause the threaded members to enter the tube to secure a load.

Gearless ratcheting binder

A slip grab ratchet binder with a primary hook having an enlarged diameter portion at a tip. A grab hook has an eyelet for sliding over the primary hook from a proximal end to the tip where it is obstructed from sliding off the primary hook. The grab hook and primary hook work in combination in a ratchet binder device to provide a slip grab ratchet binder for attaching to various hook points.

Slip grab ratchet binder

A multi-attachment lever binder with a lever having a first and second bifurcated arm mounted thereon. The first bifurcated arm is mounted on the lever to establish a first pivot point. The second bifurcated arm is mounted on the lever to establish a second pivot point. The ends of the first and second bifurcated arms disposed opposite from the pivot points may be joined together to form a cavity for retaining the end of a connection device. The second pivot point is configured to move in an arc centered about the first pivot point as the lever is moved from an open position to a binding position.

Multi-attachment lever binder

A spring latch has a pair of spaced apart torsional springs disposed on opposite sides of a hole in a neck portion of a hook. A horizontal elongate member is connected to one of the pair of spaced apart torsional springs and an elongate member is connected to the pair of spaced apart torsional springs. The horizontal elongate member extends through the hole in the neck portion. The elongate member extends to a distal portion. The distal portion is configured to engage with a surface on the hook near a tip such that in a closed position the spring latch blocks the opening formed between the tip and the neck portion of the hook.

A barrel divider is disposed between the shafts to keep the threads on the semicircular shafts engaged with the threads on the inside of the tube.
