The smart HVAC manifold system for servicing air conditioning systems is designed to dynamically manage the data acquisition process and to measure and calculate the performance indicators and output as the load conditions and or equipment operation change taking into account variables in the installation that can impact performance. Both visually and by a very specific data set the performance of the equipment and the installation can quickly be assessed and specific problems identified along with suggestions of typical faults or problems that may need addressed by the technician. The smart HVAC manifold system provides a means of quickly and electronically handling the manual data acquisition process which would include component and or system model and serial numbers, equipment location (GPS tagging), customer name, environmental conditions that effect performance and performance measurement (weather data and elevation), and supports photo, voice and text documentation. These features streamline data acquisition, allow remote support, and minimizing transcription errors and preventing data-gaming when servicing equipment, commissioning or retro commissioning the system.

Smart HVAC manifold system

A breath gas analysis module for supplying a sample gas to a gas detector includes a manifold having a body defining a chamber therein. The chamber includes a main passage extending through the manifold body, an outlet passage extending into the manifold body from an outlet end at a base of the manifold body and toward the main passage and a metering orifice extending between and in fluid communication with the main passage and an interior end of the outlet passage. An inlet tube is attached to the manifold body at one end of the main passage and defines an internal passage in fluid communication with the main passage. A collection tube is attached to the manifold body at another end of the main passage and defines an internal passage in fluid communication with the main passage. A check valve is positioned within the inlet tube internal passage and is oriented to permit fluid flow into, but not back from, the main passage. A resilient gas reservoir is attached to a free end of the collection tube opposite an end thereof attached to the manifold body. The resilient gas reservoir defines a storage chamber therein which is in fluid communication with the collection tube internal passage.

Breath gas analysis module

A test kit for gas detectors is disclosed, including an aerosol can containing a predetermined gas mixture of predetermined concentration and a pierceable conduit having first and second open ends, the first open end being adapted to engage an inlet opening of the gas detector. The pierceable conduit further includes a plug having an orifice therethrough for admitting small amounts of air into an interior of the conduit. The plug is located in the conduit adjacent the second open end. A hollow needle is adapted to engage an outlet valve on the aerosol can, and the needle is manipulated to pierce the conduit, delivering the predetermined gas mixture of predetermined concentration to the gas detector.

Test kit for gas detectors

A gas sampling device including a chamber assembly formed of a chamber base having a chamber top mounted thereto is disclosed. A gas sensor is mounted to the chamber base in fluid communication with a gas flow passage therethrough. A motor is mounted to the lower surface of the chamber base and has a shaft extending through the chamber base. A fan is mounted onto the motor shaft within the chamber housing. An inlet flow passage extends through the chamber top above the center of the fan and an outlet flow passage extends through the chamber top above the gas flow passage. The fan and the chamber top are provided with a particular configuration to provide for efficient and smooth flows of gas through the housing and to the sensor. 5
