A lift and battery system to be used with an electric vehicle, for example, farm equipment, wherein the lift is attached to the electric vehicle the battery operates so that batteries can be removed and installed without returning to a central battery installation location. An auxiliary battery is also on the electric vehicle to allow the vehicle to be operated with the battery is depleted or being installed.

Battery and lift

A draper belt assembly may include a roller and a web. The roller may include a first groove having a first interior side surface facing in a first direction and a second groove having a second interior side surface facing in the first direction. The draper belt may include a web, and first and second elastomeric belt guides received within the first groove and the second groove, respectively. The first belt guide may have a first exterior side surface facing in a second direction opposite the first direction and axially spaced from the first interior side surface by first distance. The second belt guide may have a second exterior side surface facing in the second direction, axially spaced from the second interior side surface by second distance greater than the first distance in absence of axial loads to the draper belt.

Draper belt assembly

A draper header has an endless belt conveyor supported on two arms that pivot with respect to the frame of the draper header. Both ends of the conveyor belt are supported on the arms such that the ends of the conveyor belt can rotate about respective generally vertical axes to thereby reduce uneven tension across the fore and aft width of the conveyor belt and reduce wear on the conveyor belt.

An agricultural harvesting machine including a flexible cutterbar and associated draper belts for carrying cut agricultural material to a center location. The belts are guided by a drive rollers and idler rollers. The idler roller for each belt is pivotable about an axis generally at 90 degrees to the axis of the belt and the drive roller for each belt is translatable axially to minimize diagonal stresses caused by flexing of the elongated endless belt.

A spring assembly is positioned on a frame for the machine and acts to yieldably urge the drive rollers in an aft condition to alleviate stresses for an extended period of operation.

A header for an agricultural harvester has left side and right side endless belt conveyors and a central conveyor for carrying crop to a central aperture in the header and an extendible and retractable cutter bar assembly disposed immediately in front of the leading edges of the conveyors that can be extended and retracted in the direction of travel through an agricultural field.
