Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for the detection, following a trigger event, of a device that may be sending and/or receiving signals within a space associated with a wireless network. A wireless signal receiver may be activated and may identify the device by detecting transmissions from the device, such as WiFi, Bluetooth, cellular or other wireless transmissions. The wireless signal receiver may extract, without connecting the device to a local network, information from the transmission that may identify the device. The wireless signal receiver may send the information to an alarm monitor and may be placed in a dormant state.

Mobile device detection

A computing device may detect events such as a break-in, fire, flood, movement of people between different areas or zones within a defined area, cyberattacks, movement of devices away from the defined area, etc. If an event is detected, the computing device may take action to protect devices, data on the devices, and/or accounts accessible by the devices. The devices may encrypt, backup data, and/or delete data. The computing device may communicate with other computing devices about events that have been detected.

Event monitoring

Systems and methods for transferring objects from a first player to a second player within a gaming system are described herein. The method includes receiving, via a first touchscreen of the first gaming machine, a selection of an object by the first player. The method further includes receiving, via the first touchscreen, gesture information relating to the object. The method includes analyzing, by a controller of the gaming system, the gesture information. The method further includes determining, by the controller, that the object is to be transferred from the first player to the second player based at least in part on the gesture information. The method includes transferring, by the controller, the object from the first gaming machine to the second gaming machine.

Multiple player gaming station interaction systems and methods

A method of player tracking includes generating, by a transmitting device, a signal modulated to contain an identification of the transmitting device, charging at least a portion of a first touch surface on the transmitting device with the signal such that the signal is present and transmittable, transmitting, the signal from the first touch surface through the signal conduit to a second touch surface on a receiving device, receiving, by a gaming system, an authentication request comprising the identification, authenticating, by the gaming system, the transmitting device based on the identification, and linking, by the gaming system, the transmitting device with the receiving device.
