The systems and methods disclosed are directed towards a retractable and adjustable display arm for a data center cabinet that allows a user to access internal components of the data center cabinet without completely detaching a display from the data center cabinet. The retractable display arm has an attachment base to pivotally couple the retractable display arm to the data center cabinet, and also has a mounting portion for mounting a display, such as a computer display monitor, tablet, or the like, to the retractable display arm. The attachment base achieves the pivotal coupling between the retractable and adjustable display arm to the data center cabinet using one or more hinges. Further, the mounting portion has one or more adjustable supports, allowing displays of varying sizes to be mounted in various locations on the mounting portion.

The present disclosure provides for a rotatable side panel of a cabinet. A side panel, comprises: a primary base; one or more cable dividers; a first flange; and a second flange; wherein the one or more cable dividers are disposed on the primary base, wherein the one or more cable dividers are perpendicular to the primary base, wherein the first flange is disposed along one of the one or more cable dividers disposed furthest to one side of the primary base, wherein the second flange is disposed along one of the one or more cable dividers disposed furthest to the opposite side of the primary base from the first flange, and wherein the second flange is disposed at a top end of the one of the one or more cable dividers.

The systems and methods disclosed are directed towards a retractable and adjustable display arm for a data center cabinet that allows a user to access internal components of the data center cabinet without completely detaching a display from the data center cabinet. The retractable and adjustable display arm has an attachment base to pivotally couple the retractable and adjustable display arm to the data center cabinet, and also has a mounting portion for mounting a display, such as a computer display monitor, tablet, or the like, to the retractable and adjustable display arm. The present disclosure provides for a punch head that produces a profile in a piece of material. The punch head comprises a protrusion, wherein the protrusion is disposed on a first side of the punch head, wherein the protrusion is disposed at a central location and extends away from the first side, wherein the protrusion has a circular cross-sectional shape; and one or more interlocking feature producing protrusions, wherein the one or more interlocking feature producing protrusions are disposed on the first side of the punch head, wherein each of the one or more interlocking feature producing protrusions comprise: a raised section; a middle section; and a fillet, wherein the middle section is disposed between the raised section and the fillet, wherein the raised section has a greater height than the middle section.

The present disclosure provides for a rotatable side panel of a cabinet. A side panel, comprises: a primary base; one or more cable dividers; a first flange; and a second flange; wherein the one or more cable dividers are disposed on the primary base, wherein the one or more cable dividers are perpendicular to the primary base, wherein the first flange is disposed along one of the one or more cable dividers disposed furthest to one side of the primary base, wherein the second flange is disposed along one of the one or more cable dividers disposed furthest to the opposite side of the primary base from the first flange.

The systems and methods of the present disclosure relate to uninterruptible power supplies, more particularly, to an enclosure configured to control an uninterruptible power supply. An enclosure comprises: a top wall, a bottom wall, wherein the bottom wall is disposed parallel to the top wall, sidewalls, wherein a bottom end of each of the sidewalls is disposed along opposing sides of the bottom wall so as to be perpendicular to the bottom wall, wherein the top wall is disposed about a top end of each of the sidewalls, a communications assembly tray; one or more power fuse assembly trays; and one or more micro-switches, wherein the one or more micro-switches are disposed onto the sidewalls, wherein the one or more micro-switches are configured to secure and indicate that the communications assembly tray and the one or more power fuse trays have been secured into the enclosure.

In accordance with presently disclosed embodiments, a front access battery tray is provided. In one embodiment, the front access battery tray comprises a base having a front edge, two side edges, and a back edge; a pair of side panels extending substantially perpendicularly from the side edges of the base, each side panel comprising a top edge and an outer surface, wherein at least one retainer peg extends away from each outer surface; a pair of flanges extending from the top edge of each side panel, each flange comprising an inner lip; a back panel extending substantially perpendicularly from the back edge of the base; and a retainer bracket detachably coupled to at least one of the retainer pegs on the side panels.

A self-aligning system for joining electronic cabinets to ensure alignment and prevent rotation and deformation is disclosed. Paired aligners, each comprising complementary alignment tabs and alignment notches, are brought together such that angled portions of the alignment tabs guide the opposing aligner into position, ensure proper alignment of the electronic cabinet structure, and prevent rotation of the aligners and structures as the aligners are brought together.

Self-aligning system

In accordance with presently disclosed embodiments, an uninterruptable power supply (UPS) is provided. The UPS utilizes two chambers, one which is pneumatically sealed to house control electronics, and one that is not sealed that houses transformers. The pneumatically sealed compartment is cooled through a heat exchanger or air conditioner as well as through a heat sink. The chamber which houses the transformers is cooled by a fan which circulates air from outside the chamber through the chamber and out vents in a wall of the chamber. The UPS may utilizes a series of ducts to direct air flow into the chamber housing the transformers in such a way that the air enters the bottom of the chamber past the control electronics and through vents near the front of the chamber. The UPS may utilize a series of ducts to direct air flow past the heat sink attached to the pneumatically sealed chamber.

Outdoor UPS unit system and method

In accordance with presently disclosed embodiments, an seismically stabilized uninterruptable power supply (UPS) is provided. The UPS utilizes a series of rails coupled to the bottom of the UPS along with a bracket affixed to an external support surface to stabilize the UPS. The bracket may comprise two sides coupled to a bottom, wherein the sides are substantially parallel to each other and perpendicular to the bottom. The rails and bracket may further comprise a series of aligned openings such that when the rails and bracket are juxtaposed, they may be secured together through bolts. The external support surface may be a layer of cement or other sturdy material in which hardware is embedded. The embedded hardware may be either lagged into the surface or may be poured bar.
