The therapeutic apparatus of the present invention includes a portable case having a hollow interior for housing a motion-generating case or housing wherein the front end of the assembly is provided with an elongated slot for extending an elongated rod therethrough. The rod is provided with a resilient foam collar over which is mounted a penetration member adapted to penetrate a selected body orifice for providing sexual stimulation, gratification and pleasure. The motion-generating assembly within the hollow interior of the portable enclosure includes both a horizontal motion-generating assembly and a suspension assembly for producing a generally variable vertical up and down component to the motion provided by the horizontal drive assembly. An electric motor is used to drive an eccentric disk. A yoke positioned on the disk is adapted to move the elongated rod reciprocally back and forth in a generally horizontal direction. A suspension yoke positions the eccentric disk assembly in space and is suspended from the top end of a resilient support post which provides a vertical up and down component to the horizontal motion previously described. The combination of the two motions provide for continually varying strokes having different angles of penetration and angles of withdrawl for greatly increased sexual satisfaction.

A ball-launching system for a dog's ball which automatically launches or shoots a ball along an airborne path, thereby enabling the dog to chase the ball, fetch it and return it to the system. The system includes a ball collection area for receiving the returned ball, dropped or otherwise deposited therein by the dog, and for feeding the returned ball, under the force of gravity along, into the hollow interior of a ball-launching tube. As the ball rolls down the hollow interior of the tube, a sensing device detects the passage of the ball therover and generates a command signal. The command signal is delayed a predetermined period of time, sufficient to enable the ball to contact the rear end of the tube and come to rest in a firing position. A delayed signal is then used to energize a relay coil and operate a normally-open switching element disposed in a path between the source of electrical power and a solenoid coil for closing the relay-operated switches and energizing the solenoid coil to shift a piston-like solenoid rod from a cooked or withdrawn position to a forwardly-extended position in which the distal end of the rod extends through an aperture in the rear end of the tube and impacts a ball at rest in the firing position adjacent the closed end of the tube for firing or launching the ball up the hollow interior of the tube, out of the open mouth and on an airborne trajectory to again be chased, fetched and returned by a dog to begin the cycle anew.

This invention concerns an improved round for use in liquid propellant gu The improved round comprises a projectile attached to a carrier which is shaped like an abbreviated cartridge case. The carrier has a plurality of injection ports that communicate to an expandable volume. Sealing means prevent the escape of liquid propellant from the expandable volume which upon injection causes the projectile to be pumped to a forcing cone leaving the carrier behind. Several ignition means are used employing Boxer, Berdan or electric primers.

A hybrid gun system provides the benefits of both solid and liquid propelts by utilizing a shortened conventional cased ammunition which utilizes the propellant gas generated by the solid propellant contained within the cartridge case to operate a concentric fluid injection system to result in a compact firearm which offers possibilities of retrofitting conversions for certain applications.

A gas-pressurizer is disclosed. An enclosed canister surrounds a piercing chanism, over the end of a pressure-conducting pipe. The piercing mechanism is comprised of an end-cap with portals therethrough, a stub, and a gas dispensing, piercing pintle riding upon the stub. When pressurized gas is sent through the pipe, it forces the pintle through the upper end of the canister, allowing the gas to pressurize a storage tank.

A spin-velocity actuated ball valve in a hollow-nose, hollow base projectile is positioned to selectively close or open a projectile. In the closed position normal propellant pressure or projectile carried propellant causes the projectile to achieve operational velocity. Measurement and correlation of chamber pressure and projectile position d is accomplished using an array of phototransistors, illuminated by collimated light, which phototransistors are sequentially switched off due to the interruption of the collimated light by the passing projectile. Pulses generated thereby may be displayed on an oscilloscope along with the pressure-time trace.
