A wearable continuous positive airway pressure assembly for protecting a user from breathing airborne particles includes a continuous positive airway pressure machine that has an intake and an exhaust. A pair of shoulder straps is each coupled to the continuous positive airway pressure machine for wearing the continuous positive airway pressure machine on the user's back. An intake hose is fluidly coupled to the intake of the continuous positive airway pressure machine, a filter is fluidly coupled to the intake hose, and an exhaust hose is fluidly coupled to the exhaust of the continuous positive airway pressure machine. A face mask is fluidly coupled to the exhaust hose to receive the pressurized air from the exhaust hose thereby inhibiting the user from breathing ambient air.

A light weight, shock absorbing, shock dissipating, moisture absorbing, stretchable fabric, head cap designed for receipt under a hard shell helmet and over a head of a helmet user. The head cap includes thin sheets of shock absorbing and shock dissipating foam pads. The foam pads are used to limit a shock load or pressure applied to the head. Also, the foam pads help spread the load over a large surface area of the head, thus reducing a potential head injury or potential concussion to the wearer of the head cap. The foam pads are received between a moisture wicking fabric inner liner and an outer liner. The head cap also includes a moisture absorbing head band and head band ties for securing the head band on the user's head.

In an implementation of a configurable H-bridge circuit, a high switch is connected to a voltage source and a low switch is connected to ground. The configurable H-bridge circuit includes a first configuration as a motor drive circuit in which the high switch and the low switch are connected together and coupled to drive a motor. The configurable H-bridge circuit also includes a second configuration in which the high switch and the low switch are each configured as a discrete switch that can be coupled as a component switch.

The carriage connection flex cable of an ink-jet printer is provided with an extended portion that contacts the pen during insertion into the carriage and shunts electrostatic discharge (ESD) from the pen to ground before full insertion of the pen.

A multi-purpose, transmissive paper sensor includes a light beam projector and light detector having an analog output signal. Changes in the output signal from an open loop condition indicate the presences of at least one print medium being in the field-of-view of the sensor. Output signals indicative of print media leading edge, trailing edge, and number of sheets interrupting the light beam provide improved print media transport control for hard copy apparatus.

The compositions can have additives, fillers and other polymeric resins incorporated therein for modification of the physical and chemical properties of the polyolefenic compositions.
