A clamping member for a lighting fixture, includes first and second parts. The first part has a receiving portion and a first clamping portion extending therefrom that has opposing first and second surfaces. The second part is separable from the first part, and has a main portion and a second clamping portion extending from the main portion. The second clamping portion has first and second opposing surfaces. The main portion is received in the receiving portion of the first part forming a friction fit so that a support receiving area is defined between the second surface of the first clamping portion and the first surface of the second clamping portion. A fastener is disposed on the second surface of the second clamping portion for engaging the lighting fixture.

Lighting fixture clamping member

A connector assembly that includes an L-shaped bracket having first and second portions. The first portion has an electrical connector coupling surface, and the second portion has a conduit coupling surface. A conduit connector is coupled by a snapping engagement to the second portion of the bracket at the conduit coupling surface. A flexible conduit member is supported by the conduit connector.

Adaptable conduit connector assembly

A lamp support includes a support surface and a main bracket member. The main bracket member includes first and second opposing ends that define a length of the main bracket member, and an elongated aperture extending between the first and second ends. A lamp holder is coupled to the main bracket member adjacent its second end and spaced from its first end. A fastener member is slidably received in the elongated aperture of the main bracket member and releasably couples the support surface and the main bracket member at a coupling axis. The main bracket member slides with respect to the fastener member and the coupling axis along the elongated aperture moving the lamp holder radially relative to the coupling axis, and rotates with respect to the fastener member about the coupling axis moving the lamp holder circumferentially relative to the coupling axis.

Adjustable lamp support

A recessed downlight for installation between joists located in a ceiling, comprising a socket box assembly and a hanger bar assembly that both adjust to the size of the space between the joists and various obstacles therein. The socket box assembly includes a housing having a socket enclosed therein providing an electrical connection for a lamp. The socket box housing is slidably coupled to the hanger bar assembly, thereby allowing the housing to be moved to a desired location along the length of the hanger bar assembly. Hanger bar assembly includes telescoping hanger bars and adjustable vertical legs. In addition, the vertical legs rotate with respect to the hanger bars, thereby allowing the installer to mount the downlight diagonally between joists. A trim and a can for the downlight are releasably attached to the socket box assembly without the use of tools, thereby allowing the installer to easily remove and/or replace the trim or can.

Adjustable recessed downlight

A device for intensifying light images which includes an image intensifier tube assembly that is retrofittable to two different existing housings. There is a first electrical contact for electrically connecting to electrical supply contacts when positioned in the first different housing and a second electrical contact for electrically connecting to electrical supply contacts when positioned in the second different housing. The tube assembly has first spacer for effecting a predetermined spacing between the tube assembly and the first housing when positioned in the first housing, and a second spacer for effecting a predetermined spacing between the tube assembly and the second housing when positioned therein. The first spacer is inactive to control spacing when in the second housing and the second spacer is inactive for controlling spacing when in the first housing.
