An assembly includes a drive housing and a first printed circuit board (PCB) with at least one solid-state memory component, the first PCB having a first surface, where the first PCB is located within the drive housing. The assembly also includes a second PCB with at least one solid-state memory component, where the second PCB is operatively electronically coupled to the first PCB, the second PCB having a second surface, and where the second PCB is located within the drive housing. The assembly also includes a first thermal transfer element configured for partial thermal communication between the first PCB and the second PCB through the first and second surfaces, where the first thermal transfer element is shaped to include a partially thermally insulating air gap located between the first and the second PCB, and where the first thermal transfer element is in thermal communication with the drive housing.

A foldable parallel bar apparatus includes generally U-shaped first and second end frames and a set of handrails connected to and extending between the first and second end frames, wherein the handrails are foldable so as to move the first and second end frames closer to one another thereby compacting the apparatus. When multiple modules of the end frames are connected, they provide an uninterrupted path between the handrails. An alternative embodiment provides base platforms that are foldable relative to each other and handrails that are vertically and horizontally adjustable.

Foldable parallel bar apparatus

A memory cartridge for use during assembly of a storage drive apparatus. The memory cartridge includes a first memory printed circuit board (PCB). The memory cartridge also includes a second memory PCB, where the second memory PCB is operatively coupled to the first memory PCB by a first flexible connection. The memory cartridge also includes a chassis configured to fasten to the first memory PCB and to the second memory PCB such that the first and second memory PCBs have a spaced relationship to each other, and where the spaced relationship defines a gap.

PCBA cartridge sub-assembly

An apparatus and associated methodology contemplating an enclosure configured to securely contain a circuit board. The enclosure has a cover defining a flange operably extending substantially parallel to the circuit board in direct contact with the circuit board. The enclosure also has a body extending from the flange that is operably separated from the circuit board. A connecting member has opposing planar sides operably pressing to contain the flange against the circuit board in supporting the circuit board within the enclosure.
