A control circuit for a dishwashing machine to economize its energy consumption and usage. In order to conserve energy, the dishwashing machine has a control system for automatically actuating the components such as the heating elements of the dishwashing machine.

Energy saving dishwashing method with heater control

An electric current detector circuit for sensing a leakage of electrical current in a particular system and then providing a signal to control the operation of the system. The circuit is also adapted to receive a signal upon the occurrence of fire, in and around the system attached thereto, and then provide a signal to further control the operation of the system.

A control circuit for a dishwashing machine to economize its energy consumption and usage. In order to conserve energy, the dishwashing machine has a control system for automatically actuating the components such as the heating elements of the dishwashing machine. The control system can easily be adapted for utilization with many types of existing dishwashing machines, thereby permitting coupling of the control system with commercially available equipment with minimum installation and alteration of machine components.

Energy saving dishwasher

An energy management system for limiting continuously instantaneous permissible power level of a plurality of controllable loads including a transducer device for generating an output signal when the measured instantaneous power level exceeds a pre-set instantaneous permissible power level. A programmable matrix device is provided to select a plurality of controllable loads and periods of time in a day for which each of the selected loads are connected to a power source. The selected controllable loads are disconnected from the power source in response to the output signal in a predetermined order. The order in which the selected loads are to be disconnected is sequentially switched over a certain time interval.

Energy management system

A ground fault and fire detector system for an A.C. electrical power distribution apparatus including a multi-pole circuit interrupter to disconnect a poly-phase electrical power supply from a load. A single-pole circuit device is operatively connected to the circuit interrupter for controlling its operation. Ground fault sensing circuitry is operatively positioned with respect to at least one wire for initiating a fault current. The single-pole circuit device is responsive to the fault current for activating the circuit interrupter to disconnect the power supply from the load.

Ground fault and fire detector system

A delay circuit includes a switching element for operatively switching between a first position and a second position. The switching element connects an input voltage to an electrically-operated device in the first position. A delay element is operatively connected to the switching element for maintaining the switching element in the first position when an input voltage interruption occurs which is less than a pre-determined time interval.
