An adjustable helmet includes a main shell having a first side portion, and a second side portion. The first side portion and the second side portion are laterally flexible with respect to one another. The adjustable helmet includes a secondary shell coupled to the main shell at a location between the first side portion and the second side portion. At least a portion of the first side portion and at least a portion of the second side portion each extends over at least a portion of a top surface of the secondary shell. The adjustable helmet includes a tensioning device. A first end of the tensioning device is coupled to the first side portion and a second end of the tensioning device is coupled to the second side portion so as to provide a tension force between the first side portion and the second side portion.

An apparatus for mounting a pedal propulsion system to a watercraft, having a mount portion configured to be attached to the watercraft, a link support, and upper and lower links pivotally connected to the link support and to the mount portion. The link support and upper and lower links are configured to form part of a four-bar linkage arrangement and to simultaneously move together between an extended and lockable, operable position for operating the propulsion system, and a retracted and lockable, stowed position elevated above the extended position, for loading, transporting, unloading and/or launching the watercraft in the water. A column clamp is configured for selectively fixing a drive column of the pedal propulsion system to the link support, wherein the drive column, the link support and the upper and lower links are configured to simultaneously move together between the extended and retracted positions.

A shooting target assembly includes a frame having a curved edge, where a plurality of catch mechanisms are positioned along the curved edge, a first target arm having a first end and a second end, and a second target arm having a first end and a second end. The first end of the first target arm is connected to a first target that is positioned above the curved edge. The second end of the first target arm is pivotally connected to a rear portion of the frame at a first pivot point. The first end of the second target arm is connected to a second target that is positioned above the curved edge, and the second end of the second target arm is pivotally connected to the rear portion of the frame at a second pivot point.
