A device to reduce solid state drives (SSD) and the like digital media storage devices into particles less than 2 mm maximum edge length. The device is particularly adapted to disintegrating 1.8&#x2033; and 2.5&#x2033; solid state drives at a rate of about 360 HDD/hr or 720 SSD/hr with a throughput of about 10 seconds. A blade assembly is designed to provide multiple cutting angles while rotating at 520 rpm to maintain a low decibel rating.

A device for comminuting media materials that store sensitive information. The device is a rotating mill core with removable flat edged blades, a set of stacked bed knives and a screen. The mill core rotates in close proximity to adjustable bed knives to shear the material being fed before passing through a screen in order to grate the material. The mill core has an angular positioned blade constructed and arranged to shear material with said bed knives. The mill core has a mass and is operated at 1000 rpm. A flywheel is further attached to the mill core in order to conserve rotational energy and improve the efficiency of the device. Vacuum ports facilitate cleanup.

The present invention relates to a fuel additive formulation that is designed to inhibit and/or reverse phase separation in Ethanol Blended Fuels (EBFs). The additive may further have the characteristics of reducing friction, corrosion, and wear in internal combustion engines that run on EBFs. The degaussing device utilizes an SCR gate controller to cause bi-directional polarity from a charged capacitor into a sealed chamber containing the magnetic media. The cover and floor cause a reflective chamber that focuses and directs the flux level to the magnetic media. The magnets are rotatably mounted in a nonferrous housing allowing placement of magnetic materials, such as a hard drive, thereon. The magnets are rotated within the housing by use of an electric drive motor. The magnets are maintained a predetermined distance from the magnetic materials to be degaussed by use of a spacer, preferably a series of rollers. In operation, the magnetic material is placed upon the housing and upon operation of the electric drive motor, the magnets are rotated in a 360&#xb0; pattern causing degaussing of the magnetic material and complete destruction of hard drive heads and coils.
