In one aspect, the present invention relates to a coke drum module, the coke drum module includes a support frame. A coke drum is disposed within the support frame. A strut is removably connected to the support frame and the coke drum. The strut becomes unloaded responsive to the coke drum contacting a support pad. The coke drum module further includes a compression member removably connected to the support frame and the coke drum. The compression member is oriented generally perpendicularly to the strut. A rigid connection is present between the coke drum and the support frame during transportation of the coke drum module. Upon removal of the strut and the compression member, the rigid connection is not present.

Method and system for utilizing selectively de-coupleable connections for modular installation of a coke drum

The present invention relates to a system for lifting and manipulating a load. The system includes a gantry crane having a support rail, a support gantry, and a gantry beam connected to and traversing a space between the support rail and the support gantry. The gantry crane also includes a trolley disposed with the gantry beam. The system further includes a lifting platform secured to a top surface of the gantry beam, and a lifting device disposed with the lifting platform.

Method and system for lifting and manipulating a load

A multi-block rigging system for a heavy crane, pulling or lifting device. The system uses sheave blocks in series orientation to enable the use of standard, economical or preferred, size winch drums and standard, economical or preferred, diameter and length wire rope, each forming a separate set of reeving lines. Each set of reeving lines moves its corresponding load block a proportional distance of the total travel length for the load hook. Alternatively, different line parts of line for each reeved set enables different travel speeds of the load block for different capacity requirements.

Multiple load blocks for a crane

A system of multiple concentric annular support pedestal rings for providing load and counterweight support for a ring supported crane. The pedestal rings are fabricated from uniform sections of steel, which are mated at preferably triangular shaped ends. A top rail is secured on the ring segments to complete the pedestal ring. At least two rings support the crane through rocker beam assembly structures for powered and idler rollers, providing additional strength and stability to the crane through the distribution of weight forces down through a larger support footprint. Additional stability is also provided by substantially increasing the weight of counterweight that can be utilized. Weight distribution from the boom and mast is enhanced with an inventive boom foot carrier, that distributes the weight of the boom and/or mast through multiple concentric rings. Weight distribution from the counterweight is similarly distributed through the inventive counterweight carrier.

Multiple pedestal ring for ringer crane

A game playing piece having a body with opposite surfaces one of which is positioned in engagement with a playing surface during playing of a game, the one surface of the game piece being constructed so that when a downwardly directed force is applied on one part of the playing piece it will cause another part of the playing piece to tilt upwardly away from the playing surface so that it can be taken hold of and lifted off the playing surface. The playing piece is made tiltable by providing a single projection or a plurality of projections on the one surface of the piece adjacent the peripheral edge. Alternatively, the playing piece can be provided with beveled peripheral edges.
