In some embodiments, based on a wireless signal of a mobile device (e.g., obtained by a local device) the mobile device and a first authentication capability of the mobile device may be detected. Based on the detection of the mobile device, the mobile device may present access initiation options on a user interface of the mobile device. Based on a selection of a first option of the access initiation options via the user interface to initiate an access request for an access operation with the local device, an authentication request may be generated, where the authentication request is associated with the first authentication capability and with a first authentication tier. For example, the authentication request may be generated based on (i) the first authentication capability being detected as an authentication capability of the mobile device and (ii) the first authentication tier corresponding to an access amount of the access request.

Detection and notification of malware at a user device may be performed by a validation server. The user device may hash elements associated with a document object model of a webpage and send generated hash values to the validation server. The validation server may validate the hash values. Based on detection of hash values corresponding to elements maliciously-injected by malware, the validation server may send one or more notifications to other servers that may communicate with the user device.

The system utilizes a device fingerprint for each device. The device fingerprint may contain a library of interconnected devices, as well as ambient noise from the device. The disclosed embodiments provide systems and methods for transacting at a local financial service provider device using a mobile device. The system may include one or more processors configured to execute instructions to receive transaction data associated with a transaction request including a customer identifier received from a mobile device associated with the customer. Additionally, the processors may receive authentication data associated with the customer that may be provided by the customer operating the mobile device and without requiring the customer to input data directly at the local financial service provider device. The processors may further determine whether the received authentication data authenticates the transaction, authorize the transaction, and provide an indication to the local financial service provider device to perform the transaction based on a determination that the customer operating the mobile device is physically located within a threshold distance away from the local financial service provider device.

Systems and methods for transacting at an ATM using a mobile device

Apparatus and methods for call management is provided. The apparatus may include system architecture comprising a first I/O platform, a processing engine and a second I/O platform. The first I/O platform may receive a call from a calling source and augment the call by pulling data from a calling sources database. The call may then be routed to the processing engine for a determination of whether cached data can satisfy a data request stored in the call. If the cached data cannot respond to the data request in the call, the processing engine may transmit the call to the second I/O platform. The second I/O platform may leverage a vendor data intelligence engine for selecting an appropriate data source to receive the call. The second I/O platform may subsequently format the call for transmission to the appropriate data source and, after the formatting, route the call.

The disclosed embodiments include methods and systems for detecting ATM skimmers based upon radio frequency (RF) signal. In one aspect, the disclosed embodiments include a system for detecting ATM skimmers including a memory storing instructions and one or more processors that execute the instructions to perform one or more operations for detecting ATM skimmers. The operations may include, for example, receiving radio frequency (RF) signal data corresponding to one or more RF signals detected by an antenna located within communication range of the ATM. The operations may also include determining one or more unidentified RF signals of the detected ATM RF signals that differ from one or more baseline RF signals. The operations may also include determining whether the one or more unidentified RF signals are present for a predetermined period of time, and determining whether a skimmer is present at the ATM based on a determination that the one or more unidentified RF signals are present for the predetermined period of time.

The disclosed embodiments provide systems and methods for authenticating electronic transactions. A system for authenticating electronic transactions may include one or more memory devices storing instructions and one or more processors configured to receive transaction data associated with a transaction and further associated with a customer. The transaction data includes a customer identifier. The one or more processors may be configured to identify a customer account associated with the customer based on the customer identifier, and determine an authentication tier level associated with the transaction. The authentication tier level may reflect one or more levels of authentication required to authorize the transaction. The one or more processors may be configured to receive authentication data associated with a customer, and determine whether the authentication data satisfies the authentication tier level associated with the transaction and authorize the transaction when the authentication data satisfies the authentication tier level.
